It was my first visit and Had a wonderful experience at Massage Addict! Alyssa is an amazing massage therapist—professional, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The receptionist was also super friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit smooth and relaxing. Highly recommend!❤️

hey guys ! little rant here . so first the good, clean entry, easy to find and very friendly people . . now let’s start w downside. i very well might have just had a set preconceived idea but still overall i was dissatisfied. at the beginning there's a whole sheet i had to fill out about medical history and body trauma, doing this i expected to have a thorough consultation and then an hour massage, well i was wrong i suppose. the "hour" massage was the whole time i had with the masseuse so me being unaware of that i was extremely disappointed by the service . half the appointment i was being consulted and then the masseuse left in the room for TEN minutes, ten minutes i sat waiting for him to come back after i changed, unknowingly that he was wasting my “massage” time . so i don't know as a stylist it really pissed me off . . we proactively book time for consultation and the service so the client get exactly what they’re expecting . if they book an hour facial they get a facial FOR A FULL HOUR . i got maybe 20 minutes of just pushing on my body, not to mention the masseuse was inconsistent and sighing as if he didn't want to do it at all . i was so confused by what was happening i genuinely almost just asked him to stop . however when he did stop he just abruptly stood up and told me to get ready to go. i was dumbfounded and felt robbed of my money ! i don’t know man i just wanted a professionally done massage . . and it was nor professional or a massage . . not pleased and wouldn't recommend to any others . .

This is my second time at this location and they never disappoint. Receptionist Kiara answered all my questions:) Alyssa was THE BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had - she makes you feel comfortable right away and truly cares about the work she puts into making sure you get the best massage. Great work Kiara & Alyssa.

I’ve been a Massage Addict member since 2023, originally at the Clayton Park location, and recently transferred my membership to the Cathedral location. I had my second session here yesterday, and honestly, I left feeling really disappointed. I clearly explained that my main issues are neck and shoulder pain from working at a desk all day, but the therapist didn’t focus on those areas at all. It’s been tough finding the right therapist at this location. I’ve never had issues like this at other locations, but here, it’s been challenging. At this point, I’m seriously thinking about canceling my membership and finding a better option.

Do not go to this place! you will be forced to pay for services you do not want. I booked a female therapist for my girlfriend and was treated by a male who asked her to strip naked. When we tried to decline the service we were told there was no refund. The front desk clerk Angelica was extremely rude and had a completely different attitude before and after payment, she just wanted your money and never admitted it was her fault. We lost $125 and will never go back, this place is insane, we will never go again

Unprofessional front desk staff. I had a visitor who booked an appointment and could not proceed with the booking, asked to reschedule but they were rude and asked to pay the fee in the worst way possible. We do not mind the idea of the fee but they are very rude and would be probably nice if you asked them not to smoke while on the job (the smell was obvious) It would be nice if you hired staff that knows how to address people in such situations.

I do not recommend this place at all. They only try to take money and do not care about the person’s comfort. I have a comment about the receptionist. I was bothered by the smell of her mouth because of smoking. If she smokes , she must wear a mask.

I got Tracy as my massage therapist and she did a great job. Even I didn’t say anything she found the exact spot caused me to go for a massage. She is experienced and well trained. Kudos Tracy
