Had an amazing experience at Massage Addict! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The girl at the desk made the check-in process super smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. The clinic was spotless and calming. My massage therapist really listened to my needs and worked out all the tension perfectly. I left feeling so relaxed and cared for. Definitely recommend this place — top-notch service from start to finish!

As someone who had never had a massage before, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but my first experience at Massage Addict Oakville with Dawson was absolutely excellent. From the start, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dawson took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which really helped me feel comfortable. He was professional, respectful, and checked in throughout to make sure I was okay with the pressure and overall experience. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling lighter, less tense, and completely refreshed. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to massage therapy. Highly recommend Dawson for anyone — especially if it’s your first time!

Very nice salon, the decor is chic and clean. Nice size in the foyer as well in the back. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out. I had Suzanne and she was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend booking with her! I’ll be back!

I have been receiving various treatments from this location for over 3 years. I have had massages, acupuncture treatments, and chiropractor treatments. I quite enjoy the fact they are open 7 days a week and late hours as well as it accommodates my work schedule. The girls at the front desk are amazing, Mirian and Roha are always happy to see me and greet me with a smile. The clinic itself is always clean and quiet, you can enjoy a massage without hearing noise from the outside world. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments!

The massage therapist was very skilled, and after the session, the numbness in my hand was noticeably reduced. The only downside was that my face was resting on a headrest with holes, and when I woke up, there were deep marks on my face—it looked quite bad. I’ve never had this issue with other massages before. That headrest was just too hard.
