I’ve been going for massages for a while now, but my session with James W. was by far the best experience I’ve had . He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, also ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire session. His technique was excellent, and I could tell he really understood how to target problem areas effectively. I left feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for a RMT.

Jose Daniel was my RMT this morning, March 17. He did an excellent job with the full-body massage. I feel very relaxed and comfortable.After the massage she showed to me how to do the best exercise to ease my back pain. I'd give him a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Booked an hour RMT massage with David and had a great experience! He was very professional and knew exactly what my problem areas were and how we could fix them. Felt better after just the first session and looking forward to the next one. I'm happy to have found an RMT that actually cares and understands my back and neck issues. I always look forward to my sessions with Lindsay. The space is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I find the massage tables to be extremely comfortable and Lindsay is always ready to tailor the heating to my liking. Lindsay is very experienced and her massages are phenomenal, focusing on all the right spots that need releasing.

I initially had a treatment at this clinic and had concerns about how a situation was handled. When I reached out for clarification, I received conflicting explanations over time, which raised concerns about transparency. Additionally, my follow-up appointment was canceled for one reason, only for me to later find out that the real reason was something else entirely. I tried to get a clear response from the clinic, but instead of addressing my concerns directly, they changed aspects of their explanation multiple times. This experience made me feel that they were not being fully honest with me. While the clinic has framed their actions as professional, my experience did not reflect that level of professionalism. I would encourage potential clients to be mindful when choosing this place.
