Additionally, my follow-up appointment was canceled for one reason, only for me to later find out that the real reason was something else entirely. I tried to get a clear response from the clinic, but instead of addressing my concerns directly, they changed aspects of their explanation multiple times. This experience made me feel that they were not being fully honest with me. While the clinic has framed their actions as professional, my experience did not reflect that level of professionalism. I would encourage potential clients to be mindful when choosing this place."
