I had a wonderful experience at Nakai with Christine, the massage therapist. She was professional, attentive, and truly skilled. The massage was deeply relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the care she provided. Highly recommended!

I love this spa so much. The ambience is 10/10! Been to a few around town and this one so far is the best for me. My most recent massage was booked with Christine Tuff and it was everything I expected and more. Christine was pleasant, polite and professional and made me feel comfortable. I got a hot stone therapeutic massage + the head massage add-on and I was absolutely relaxed during and after receiving the service.

The atmosphere is really calm and relaxing. I availed their 60-minute therapeutic massage, and it was satisfying. The service on the get-go was superb. We were asked if we wanted to change into robe and flipflops or not, then made us answer questionnaires. Then, we were led into a room before getting the massage to be able to relax. We were also constantly offered drinks. Just wish they had a mini fountain in the relaxation area. Personally, I find the sound of water really relaxing. But that's just me being nitpicky. Everything is actually perfect, and I loved my experience here. Edit: It is such a pain to get reservations tho. On 10 calls 1 to 2 calls only gets through. Update(May): I don't think costumer service is one of their strong suit. After being with them for more than half a year now. We've booked with them for almost all of 2025 and one of their RMT left and they couldn't even offer to fill up our May schedule and figure out the rest later on. They just said "No, we can't do that." and left it at that being unable to do something with our upcoming schedule. Tho the experience has been good with the RMTs and staff at the back the front desk/the one who answers the call just always seems to lacking.

I booked the some services and just an hour before they expect me to reschedule for some other day and not any other artist ready to do mine...and when i called them they just said the same thing and cut the call while i am talking not rude but asking for other artist and cancel this appointment so they not cut my money. Seriously very unprofessional and inappropriate service experience from them never in my life i got and never i would like to go there.The worst experience I ever had in my life, don’t recommend anyone to go there.(jessica level 3)

I always enjoy my experience at Nakai. Atmosphere is very relaxing, services are very good, staff are friendly and helpful. Yes it can be a bit pricy but when take into account the quality and total experience, it's definitely worth the price. My regular spa therapist is Danika and she is very good. Excellent at Pedicures and leg waxing. Highly recommend this place.

Had their signature manicure done by Taylor. She did such a great job. Very pleasant experience overall. The place itself has calming ambience. Highly recommend for pampering yourself.
