With all the hustle and bustle in life, I knew it was gonna be a good idea for me to book an appointment with Lita, here at NARA Head Spa! A little hesitant at first because I didn’t know much about it but Lita was great at explaining every step. Highlight for me, amongst many, was the before and after shots of my scalp! So incredible to see that and the knowledge she shared before, during and after, were so helpful and informative! The space itself was so serene and peaceful. This is a one on one service so it was intimate and very relaxing - exactly what I needed! I actually fell asleep during my appointment so that tells you how relaxing this experience was! The products used were of high quality, which was also available for purchase. Also, her certifications were so impressive! For one, she actually travelled to Japan to really be immersed in the true culture of ‘head spa’ and be trained under masters. Trust me when I say, you will be in good hands with Lita - literally! She’ll cater the service to your needs and really focus on that throughout the experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon and have already told my husband to book an appointment too, especially with his dry scalp issues. Also, I’m from Langley so I was really thrilled to know she’s a lot closer to home - making it a much shorter and more peaceful drive home after for me ♥️

I absolutely loved my experience at Nara Head Spa! Lita was knowledgeable with my scalp health and showed me what my scalp looked like, clogged pores and everything. The head massages were so relaxing, I had no idea that my scalp could have so much tension.. no wonder my hair stopped growing! My head and scalp felt so rejuvenated afterwards. I love the fact that Lita trained in Japan and New York, so she knows exactly what she’s doing. The steam, choice of essential oils and relaxing music created the best ambiance to put myself at ease. I also loved the 6 week Milbon treatment I received to take home so I can maintain my hair after this experience. I’ve already used one and my hair felt like silk afterwards. Thank you again Lita, I’ll definitely be back!

I was having scalp issues and Nara Head Spa came up on Google, so I thought I would try. It was such a good experience! The 2.5 hrs just flew by, but it was so relaxing. Lita takes pictures before and after the treatment, and the difference was so noticeable right away!! I was having issues with flakes, itchiness, and oiliness, and even after I wash my hair, the issues persisted. However, after my treatment, nothing is itchy anymore! And my hair feels amazing. I definitely will be coming back!!! Thank you Lita!!

My experience at NARA Head Spa is best described as magical. I booked the NARA Signature Head Spa and was very pleased with Lita’s professionalism and genuinely kind demeanor. I was instantly relaxed in a calm and tranquil setting. I already started recommending Lita to others straight after the appointment. I am anticipating my next appointment with her! I can’t say enough good things about my treatment with Lita! From start to finish, my 2-hour session was an absolute delight. It was my first time getting a scalp treatment, and I’m so glad I tried it—my scalp has never felt this clean before! The use of the scalp analyzer to show before and after pictures was incredible and really highlighted the difference the treatment made. My hair feels so fresh, light, and rejuvenated. Yesterday, I visited Nara Head Spa for a scalp analysis and I'm so glad I did! Lita was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I am traveling all the way from New York and I did thorough research and knew I had to go here! Lita was super knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during the scalp analysis. I found out things I didn't even know - that I had a oily scalp even though my skin tends to be dry at all times. The spa itself is new and clean, comfortable and relaxing which is the perfect atmosphere for a scalp treatment. My scalp has never been so clean, shiny, and feels so rejuvenated. I have already noticed an improvement in my scalp health since yesterday. I highly recommend Nara Head Spa for anyone looking for a thorough and personalized scalp analysis!
