I came here for a head spa massage and left relaxed and stress-free. They offer scalp analysis before and after the treatment and you can compare how healthy your scalp is before and after. There are single and double massage rooms available whether you want to book a solo session or a couples head massage. The massage includes singing bowl, scalp massage, hair wash, shoulder massage and towel traction stretch that melts away all the tensions in your spine and shoulders. The staff will blow dry your hair after the treatment is done and you’re stress-free to go. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing head spa experience! I’ve been a lot of different spas and i’m thoroughly impressed by New Century! The massage was amazing, the essentials oils used smelled incredible and added more to the spa. I loved the ambiance of the room and the customer service was great!

My first time trying head spa and I loved it!! Very attentive service - face, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a 20 min hair wash and scalp massage, then full blow dry and style. I would totally come back!

I had a deeply disappointing experience here back in December. I booked appointments for three people two weeks in advance. Just an hour before our scheduled time, I received a call asking to change the appointment. I explained that we were already on our way, and they assured me everything was fine. Upon arrival, it was clear they were severely understaffed and running over an hour behind schedule. Despite booking three appointments, they didn’t even have enough staff to accommodate us properly. Rather than taking responsibility, they offered a discount for a future visit—an offer I declined, as I made it clear we had no intention of returning after such a poor first experience. What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty and transparency. If they had simply been upfront during the initial phone call, we could have adjusted our plans. Instead, they tried to deflect and minimize the issue rather than taking accountability. Additionally, the water used during the service was ice cold, making the experience even more unpleasant. I followed up with a detailed email and left a voicemail to express my concerns, but never received any response. This lack of communication only reinforced the sense that customer care is not a priority here. Save your time and money—this business does not respect its clients' time or deliver a quality experience. There are many other spas that are more reliable and at the very least, understand the importance of warm water and basic professionalism.

First head spa experience and won't be the last! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. The treatment was very relaxing, I almost felt asleep. My head feels lighter now and my hair is shinier than ever. Thank you for the amazing experience ????
