We strategically planned this the day before our friend's wedding. People couldn't stop complimenting how fresh and vibrant we looked. The ozone sauna gets rid of toxins and gives you so much energy and trims extra water weight. Serotonin levels go way up! The facial includes advanced exfoliation, light therapy, skin tightening and much more. People will comment on how young and radiant you look! The owner is super knowledgeable and very kind. Place is spotless! All this and you STILL get a great deal! I've compared other ozone sauna prices and they don't even come close. I brought so many friends here who keep coming back and once a month mom and I do the mother-daughter thing and it makes us both very happy. If you love yourself invest in your health and beauty. If you love your friends and family pay it forward. You'll be so glad that you did!

I love coming to O3 Ozone Med Spa for my Ozone sauna sessions. Jelena is very experienced and you can tell she loves what she does! My body and skin has never looked better and I am looking forward to my next sessions! The atmosphere of the spa is welcoming and very, very clean! This beauty spa has to be one of the best in Richmond Hill!

Didn’t really want to come here… My girlfriend convinced me it was one of the best things I could do for a cold virus. I was very sick! Immediately after the sauna I could breathe better and my energy levels went up. After a couple days I started declining again… I went for another sauna and that worked wonders. If you want to shorten the length and severity of a cold/flu virus, I recommend you give this a try.
