I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Oasis Massage & Spa Sunridge was incredibly frustrating. I called ahead to book an appointment for 2 p.m. today, only to arrive and find the place in complete chaos. It felt like every possible service was happening in the same space—it was anything but the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere I was expecting from a massage clinic. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk, and the place seemed completely deserted. I called the number listed on their Google page, and the lady who answered told me she thought I was supposed to go to their Chinook location—despite me explicitly booking for Sunridge. She asked me to wait while she checked with a therapist, and after a call back, she told me no one was available to see me. I ended up wasting my time and energy driving there, only to have to turn around and go back home. It’s disappointing, especially when your expectations are set by a booked appointment. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, and I won't be returning.

Well recommended!! I was having tension headache for couple days now and Im glad i found the best massage therapist that could help me with my pain. Theresa Tran is best! she really focused on the area that you want. If your looking for a massage therapist look for Theresa☺️????

I would not recommend this place. To start, the reception desk is in the hallway that is connected to all the massage rooms so do not expect a quiet massage. The actual beds you have to lay on are extremely uncomfortable. The foam on the beds absolutely needs to be replaced. The worst part of this was the head rest, I still have a mark on my head from where a piece was digging into me through the foam and my massage was yesterday morning. Now for the masseuse, extremely nice lady. However, what is the point of filling out the booking questions if your staff does not read them? I wrote that I have a strained right shoulder, I do not like my legs done, and love my feet massaged. All of this was completely ignored. She jabbed a hot stone into my neck which really hurt my shoulder as she was NOT gentle. I also had to remind her numerous times that if she was going to do my legs she needed to be extremely gentle. My feet were not touched at all which was an extremely huge disappointment as I chose 1.5 hour massage so there would be plenty of time and put in the notes. Aside from that the overall massage was very rough and my back is extremely sore (I have never been this sore after a massage). I do not feel any of the tension in my back was released if anything it feels worse than it did before. Masseuse would benefit from slowing down her movements and actually work on problem areas rather than just trying to aggrevate the skin with fast movements. This was not an enjoyable experience what's so ever and hands down the worst massage I've ever had from entry to exit.

Today was the amazing day of my life, I never had a massage like this before, it was incredible experience with SOFI, she is wowww I recommend you to meet sofi her polite and when she lean her hands on you she is amazing I'm speechless right now thank you SOFI I will see you soon definitely wowwww

Vincent is the best RMT I’ve ever had! He is absolutely incredible and talented beyond words!! He always knows how to release my tension and makes me feel brand new after every visit! His pressure, movements and performance is absolutely PERFECT! I will never see anyone but him! He has magic hands!!!!

Best deep tissue massage in Calgary. I have visited to Vinson, who is very knowledgeable, he is very friendly and utilizes every minute. I got a new body after his therapy. Highly recommend this place you will not disappoint for sure.

Massage was okay, but I was extremely sore afterwards and couldn’t sleep on my back. It’s a bit odd that the massage section is just a narrow hallway with a few doors, this means you can hear everything going on in the medical/dental waiting room during your massage, so it unfortunately wasn’t very relaxing.

Vincent and his team are absolutely good . He knows exactly where to get deep massage to ease my ache. Highly recommend Vincent and his team to everyone who has not tried. Thanks TaiChi Massage team and especially Vincent.
