I’ve had 4 prenatal massages at this location and all have been really well done. I am quite picky with massages, and especially while pregnant I need them to be well done more than ever. Jerry is who I usually go to and he listens to how I am feeling and adjusts each massage accordingly. He does the massage side lying which I am more comfortable with. I always feel better than when I arrived, which is saying a lot in my current state. The spa itself is always relaxing and quiet, it is never super busy. They do a great job of curating the ambiance to meet spa goers needs. Will definitely continue to come until the end of my pregnancy and hopefully after as well.

I've been to Oasis numerous times but yesterday's visit was just absolutely stellar! I had a masseuse named Walt who not only was friendly and personable, but he was extremely knowledgeable in sore muscles and how to use different techniques to release the tension. At the end of our 60 minute session, he showed me a few techniques that I can do myself at home - I would highly recommend Walt to anyone looking for a different kind of massage/physio treatment at Oasis!

Excellent service, an experience like no other. Kiran’s facial was the best, delicate and relaxing. The amenities offered by Oasis are perfect, I especially enjoyed the sauna and the steam room. The whole environment is very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely return!

This was the first time Dave and I experienced the oasis spa. The Egyptian theme was truly unexpected but we really enjoyed ourselves. The service was amazing and we would definitely go back

This spa has such a nice and comfortable atmosphere! Staff were extremely friendly. Booked a facial with Khulan and it did not disappoint! She was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Such a calming experience, and she was very informative about my skincare needs.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. My partner and I drove from Vancouver to Calgary and booked a couple's massage the day before we had to drive back home. On the morning of, I came down with a severe migraine and fever chills throughout my entire body. I tried calling to cancel and explained the situation. Not only would they not cancel, but they said it was alright for me to show up at the spa despite there being a risk of infecting the other patrons and staff. Long story short, while the facility is very nice, customers going should not have to choose between being out half their booking fee and their own health. While cancellation policy is important, imo exceptions should be made in situations or health and public safety

As a first-time visitor to Oasis Spa, I was pleased with my overall experience, from the warm reception upon arrival to the conclusion of my spa services. I would like to especially thank Latrivia for my pedicure and June for my massage. Their professionalism and expertise made me feel comfortable, and I was very happy with the results of their services. I am inclined to return.

I have had multiple massages but my spa session here was undoubtedly the best. Very friendly staff, great ambience and Simoneth who was my masseuse was the most amazing massage therapist ever. She did such a great job that I was shocked to discover many sore points I never knew I had. I literally melted like butter under her expert hands. She was so professional and made sure I was comfortable.
