"I’ve had 4 prenatal massages at this location and all have been really well done. I am quite picky with massages, and especially while pregnant I need them to be well done more than ever. Jerry is who I usually go to and he listens to how I am feeling and adjusts each massage accordingly. He does the massage side lying which I am more comfortable with. I always feel better than when I arrived, which is saying a lot in my current state. The spa itself is always relaxing and quiet, it is never super busy. They do a great job of curating the ambiance to meet spa goers needs. Will definitely continue to come until the end of my pregnancy and hopefully after as well."

I had a masseuse named Walt who not only was friendly and personable, but he was extremely knowledgeable in sore muscles and how to use different techniques to release the tension. At the end of our 60 minute session, he showed me a few techniques that I can do myself at home - I would highly recommend Walt to anyone looking for a different kind of massage/physio treatment at Oasis!"

"Worst customer service experience I've ever had. My partner and I drove from Vancouver to Calgary and booked a couple's massage the day before we had to drive back home. On the morning of, I came down with a severe migraine and fever chills throughout my entire body. I tried calling to cancel and explained the situation. Not only would they not cancel, but they said it was alright for me to show up at the spa despite there being a risk of infecting the other patrons and staff. Long story short, while the facility is very nice, customers going should not have to choose between being out half their booking fee and their own health. While cancellation policy is important, imo exceptions should be made in situations or health and public safety"

"Terrible Customer Service – Don’t Trust Massage Highest! I have been a loyal member of Massage Highest for over six years, referring my family and friends to them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I requested to cancel my membership due to an emergency situation and the fact that I am leaving the city. I still have three months left on my membership, along with over three months of unused credit. Despite my long-standing relationship with them, they refused to accommodate my request. It’s shocking that after years of loyalty, they wouldn’t make a simple exception. This shows a complete lack of customer care and appreciation. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. They do not treat their customers fairly!"

"Andres does the most incredible work if you’re looking for a deep tissue, therapeutic or relaxation massage. He has so many unique mind-blowing tricks and is extremely accommodating to whatever you’d like work on. He is very aware of how to find the muscles and observant of client reactions. "A corporate, greedy establishment. Please do your research and find a reputable massage center that does not make their money by completely ripping off their clients. Do not make the same mistake I did. I have been coming to massage height regularly for almost a year, only because they trap you into signing a contract which is next to impossible to cancel. I have been a regular client and have showed up to every appointment on time. One evening, my dog tragically and unexpectedly passed away. I called before my appointment to advise what had happened and that I could not make it. The receptionist told me it was ok and cancelled my appointment. I was then charged a cancellation fee. This should have been communicated by the receptionist at the time as she told me cancelling under these circumstances was ok. Life happens and having compassion and understanding for long term clients during a very difficult time would have been appreciated. Furthermore, when I called to address my concern it took two weeks for a manager to get back to me who was extremely rude and dismissive just to let me know they would not be giving a refund or work towards a resolution. There are plenty of small, independent massage therapists around. Chain offices like Massage Heights do not care about clients and do not belong in health care. You are just a number to them and you should bring your business to one of the many independent massage therapists around. Unfortunately, my experience with this corporate chain was a reminder that, for some businesses, it’s more about the money than about the well-being of their clients."

"They were amazing with booking a last minute spot for 3 of us. The front desk staff (Keisha and Sophie) were extremely sweet, welcoming and informative. I have been to multiple massage places, however this place was very informative in working on targeted spots and the atmosphere was amazing. I had Clara who had good and firm pressure. She was also super sweet in giving me tips to ensure I focused on my areas Ive been having issues with for a long time. My boyfriend had Gary and stated it was the best massage he’s ever had. (Mind you he goes to rmt every week)"

"Good location, friendly and efficient staff, adequate parking, and a good service at a good price. I appreciate their appointment reminders via text and their outreach when they might have a slightly earlier, later, or longer appointment slot available! My massage therapist Clara has always been attentive to my treatment needs, pleasant to talk to, and often has helpful suggestions for stretches or additional treatments which may help my specific situation. I've been dealing with arm pain, and while I have not found doctors to be very helpful, her suggestions have helped me out on more than one occasion."
