The staff are lovely. The salon is clean and modern. However I was extremely upset and disappointed that I’ve paid for 12 sessions of laser hair removal on 8 areas.. Brazilian is one of those areas.. the technician at my first appointment told me that they didn’t do the butt crack as part of the Brazilian. So obviously I left that appointment upset and frustrated. I decided to contact the owner and told them about my experience. The owner was very understanding and told me that the package I had purchased did include a full Brazilian and we both understood that removed all hair from down there. The owner went out of his way to correct the issue. The owner responded to me immediately the owner also went out of their way to reimburse me for the disappointing first appointment. The owner told me that they would contact the technician and make sure this never happened again. I’m extremely thankful that the owner understood my frustration and helped me solve the problem.

I am very disappointed with Posh Medical's inability to maintain their promised appointment schedule. While our first appointment went smoothly, the second was rescheduled due to a snowstorm, which was understandable. However, the third appointment was moved twice—without any notification to us. To make matters worse, when we arrived 15 minutes early on the day of our rescheduled appointment, we learned that despite having visited twice before, the booking had been done incorrectly. We were supposed to have two 45-minute appointments, but instead, they had scheduled one 45-minute and one 30-minute session. Because of this mistake, we had no choice but to cancel and ultimately not utilize their services. While we did receive a refund, what about the time and effort wasted traveling from Mississauga? Posh Medical, please get your appointment booking system in order—I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this frustrating experience.

I've been coming to Posh Medical Spa for some time now for my laser sessions and for my facials. I'm always happy with the results. Nancy and Cara always make me feel comfortable at every appointment, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

The staff were so friendly, caring, and highly professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The spa has such a calming atmosphere, and the attention to detail in their services is exceptional. I had an amazing experience at Posh medical spa for my micro-needling session. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Cara, who did the treatment on my face, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, very sweet, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything and ensured I knew what to expect. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments. Highly recommend!

Been having upper lip hair removal for a couple of months now—can see the changes already. Also, excited to try the Hydra Facial with them. Overall, the service is great as Nancy and Desi are amazing, very accommodating and makes you feel comfortable doing the procedure.

Nancy is amazing! I’ve been seeing great results with laser hair removal, and I’m excited to try the facial as well. Nancy is so friendly and really listens to your needs, concerns, etc!!
