I HAVE to share this amazing experience that I had at this business. I am in Vancouver for a short time while my husband gets cancer treatment. I googled for somewhere close to the location that I was staying, and I took a chance on this gem. This massage was THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! I have had 30 years of massages...and it is something that I do quite regularly. So "the best massage I have ever had" hopefully tells you just how EPIC it was. I booked the Signature Massage. I didn't know what that was and I didn't really care. The options were Sports Massage, Swedish Massage or Signature Massage. I just assumed it would be a combination of the two. But boy was I wrong. I booked the two hour massage because I really needed some downtime and I always find I am wanting more after an hour or an hour and a half massage. I cannot begin to explain what this man does. It was like he was massaging my muscles, tendons, facia, bones, joints. It was absolutely unbelievable. Aside from his amazing skills, his space is totally zen and calming. He dressed in blue scrubs and a mask and he made me feel so safe and secure. Being a female going to a male practitioner, this is vital..and I never once felt unsafe here. It was absolutely, from start to finish, EPIC. I will share about this business everywhere I go...and I will be back whenever I can!!! Thank you for everything you did to make me feel safe and comfortable and what you did to my body was EPIC and AWESOME.

Jay is wonderful at what he does! I was feeling some bad tension through my neck and he addressed it in a way that wasn't painful and allowed me to walk away refreshed. He's a hidden gem for massage on the North Shore. Highly recommend.

I can only say positive things about Relax body&mind. I’ve had the chance to do the signature massage with Jay who is an extremely professional and proficient RMT. He makes me feel at ease and always seems to know just what I need to walk out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I had the opportunity to try out his services through ClassPass initially — I intend to continue with him separately of the platform as he does great work at fair and reasonable rates. I am so happy that I acted on my instincts after reading past reviews of Jay's work. I have had massages around town but also in several countries since I enjoy a massage when I travel. My experiences have all been positive but no one has been able to get to the problem in my hip as well as Jay at Relax body&mind. In fact, he hit all of the sore spots perfectly. Jay is very polite, his small studio is elegant and super clean and the location is convenient with a large parking lot. I am definitely going back!!
