For over two years, my Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) appointments here have been nothing short of excellent. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, and my therapist, Lilian, is a gem! She's highly professional, skilled, and personable. She listens attentively to my needs and uses effective techniques that leave me feeling both relaxed and significantly better. This place is the best massage parlour in Markham. Our family goes there every time we come to Toronto. Since we don’t live here, we didn’t have a specific therapist that we always book. But most of the therapists were very very good. The owner must take the quality of service very seriously. If you buy the package for 10 visits, which we did, there is also a reasonably good discount. Highly recommended!

Great massages! Professional and experienced service providers. I have my favorites but will always try someone new if my preference is not available. Each bring there own expertise and I always leave happy. Also, their prices are very reasonable. My husband and I recommend them whenever the topic comes up. Definately give them a try.

Ive been going here for 3+ years, atleast twice a month. And usually i take a friend. I booked an appointment for 2 1 hour massages + hot stone. Upon arrival only one massage was with hot stone and they failed to let me know. In addition the massage was a waste of my hour, being it wasnt even real massage with pressure but just an oil rub. I expressed this to the receptionist and all she had to say was “oh”. Waste of time. Lack of customer service.
