"I am extremely disappointed, I’ve been coming here off and on for the past two years and I have never had and complaints.. but after this time I will be finding another place to go???? 1) two of the staff members walked in on me while I was getting undressed, no knock or anything, (and yeah I get it I’m about to be naked anyway but it’s just a respect thing idk) 2) the person who gave my massage was visibly sick and coughing and sneezing, (maybe if you job is that intimate don’t come to work sick?) but I get it we all have bills to pay. 3) while doing my neck her chair broke and fell from under her, which is unfortunate. But as she fell she grabbed on to my neck to brace herself.. resulting in my neck hurting even more that it already did…. 4) no music. This isn’t a big deal but after everything else it made it very hard to relax and be comfortable. I’d also like to say that I have not been massages by this person before and I have had really good experiences with this place but for this I will not be returning."

"Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. The dry sauna was extremely hot the way I like it, red light therapy was enjoyable, and the steam room was to die for! I was told the steam room has a water softener and eucalyptus scent injector which was amazing! The big handsome Italian gentleman offered me a flat white coffee from their Jura machine and wow, one of the best I’ve had! Enjoyed a 45 mins massage with Sophia and she was A++. Will definitely be returning."

"Tried this spa on a Wednesday afternoon. The reception was welcoming and very friendly. She took the time to explain everything to us which was helpful. The facilities are clean and modern and the attendant was always available when you needed him. We tried the red light therapy and it was surprisingly refreshing. The sauna was like any other sauna but steam room had to be one of the best I have ever experienced. There is also a Jacuzzi which we didn't have time to go into but it looked clean and well maintained. We opted to sit and relax in there newly renovated sports lounge and enjoyed some refreshments. Over all it was one of the best spas we have been too and we will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend!"

But most of the therapists were very very good. The owner must take the quality of service very seriously. "Ive been going here for 3+ years, atleast twice a month. And usually i take a friend. I booked an appointment for 2 1 hour massages + hot stone. Upon arrival only one massage was with hot stone and they failed to let me know. In addition the massage was a waste of my hour, being it wasnt even real massage with pressure but just an oil rub. I expressed this to the receptionist and all she had to say was “oh”. Waste of time. Lack of customer service."
