It is such an amazing spot! I've had several messages here and they've all been messaging. Most recently I had it with Niko she's unreal. It was probably the best massage I've ever had. Then they give you a bag of Epsom salts for after your massage. Best sleep ever. Highly recommend this spot!

I had the best experience at Renu Spa Urban Retreat! Leah worked on my upper body, and I swear I’ve never felt better in my life. I completely forgot I even had a neck until she pulled all the tension out of it … pure magic. The vibes were super relaxing, the staff was so welcoming, and Leah knew exactly what she was doing. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. If you need a good massage, this is 100% the place to go. Can’t recommend it enough!

I was pleasantly surprised that Renu Spa does feel like a retreat from downtown. The room I was in was cozy and relaxing. I had an Algomask facial and an Indian Head Massage and lower leg and foot massage. It was blissful and I was so relaxed during and after the treatment. Anna was fantastic. I look forward to going back.

I have been enjoying massages in Renu Spa so I decided to try their facial. I felt it was below average for the price. The room didn’t have that cozy spa feeling, therapist used gloves during the whole treatment, which felt rubbery on my skin, no facial massage, no serum used before applying moisturizer. I enjoy treating myself for a good facial, unfortunately this one didn’t meet my standards.

I’ve been to a few massage therapists over the years, and Sue Harris is by far the best. She really listens and focuses on my pain areas every session, and I always walk out feeling amazing. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage!

Amazing service, I'm not one to get massages often as I haven't found them to be super helpful in the past, but after coming here I realize it's because I had sub-par masseuses before. Leah and Tara gave my wife and I am amazing massage service that we are definitely going to be coming back for. Very friendly people!

I just visited Renu Spa on York Street and had a very therapeutic and pleasant massage by RMT Sue Harris. Everyone I dealt with was kind and pleasant. Sue was informative as to what would be helpful for me and she was also very discreet. I will return. Thank you!

I have been going to Renu for a couple years and for various services (facials, mani and pedi, massage) and am always so pleased. I have now started massage therapy with James and he is excellent, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend him and anyone at Renu.
