Joseph has been a huge help for me and my mom after our car accident. He takes his time and ensures that we leave feeling better. The front desk is also always helpful with scheduling our appointments so that me and my mom are able to have our appointments back to back.

Highly recommended. Parking is free and great. Neetu Hans is an absolutely fantastic knowledgable and friendly masseuse. Her pressure can go all the way from fall asleep relaxing to super deep tissue, and she doesn't get tired half way through. Booking is easy through reception or through the app.

I'm very happy that my wife suggested going here. My left foot has been hurting for a few weeks now due to Plantar Fasciitis and Dr. Esau has been a great help in explaining what caused the issue along with detailing the best route to treat my pain. I'm now feeling much more comfortable with my situation. The team at Revive is very professional and kind. Another great thing about this location is they can do direct billing to your insurance provider.

I highly recommend both Thomas and Joseph for massage therapy! I have attended 20 sessions alternating between the two and they both have very good techniques at getting to all my muscle spasms. Both very professional and drape you very carefully. They put their whole effort into the treatment and provide excellent customer service as well as good conversation! The physio, rmt, and kenis were all great! Why i have to leave this review was an egregious invasion of my personal information and failure on behalf or the manager. It’s taking me a little bit of time to write this review because I wasn’t sure that after thinking about it I felt the need to leave a review. This was an ICBC thing and Counselling was covered that I told them, firmly, that I was not Interested in doing counselling with anyone at their office because I have my own counselor. However, days later, I get a cold call from a counsellor at their office actually soliciting business out of me. That is a contravention of the CASW guidelines. It was incredibly cringe. Not only that, but I reached out to the front desk and I was very upset that my personal information was shared and I got a solicitation from a counsellor and by no means was I unhinged but the woman at the front desk felt the need to argue with me… And then the manager argued with me that that was normal and it was totally OK that someone was just literally reading my file and I had no idea who they were and then they tried to solicit a counselling business out of me. This one is a minor but I just remember that the manager solicited a good review out of me, which was true at the time, and promise a gift card that never made its way to me. This is why, despite receiving more coverage, I have not returned to this office.

Excellent service. Trevor really helped me with a hip problem and gave me some great stretching exercises to do at home. He also helped me with sciatica a while 'back' (see what I did there?) - and I'm feeling great since. Very professional and attentive. Highly recommended!! They also send you reminders, which are really useful when you're as forgetful as me.
