Ritual Nail Salon is amazing! I got a cat-eye gel manicure today, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Nikoo was fantastic—she made sure I was comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. The manicure turned out flawless, with a stunning cat-eye effect that's just perfect. I also love that they use high-quality, non-toxic products. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, and I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to leave a one star based on the lack of customer service. I booked a hair cut appointment for 1:00 pm today. The salon called me and asked me to come in 15 minutes early, at 12:45, which was no problem at all. I arrived at 12:40 to make sure I was available early for them, as they requested. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the hairdresser would be ready in 5 minutes. I sat and waited for 20 minutes, and then the receptionist came up to me and said she is almost done and should be ready soon. I then waited another 20 minutes (40 minutes total). I ended up leaving the salon and canceling my appointment as I felt there was no urgency or care from the salon. I understand that delays can happen, however I was told to come in EARLY for my appointment, and then waited 40 minutes with no explanation for the delay? If a customer was 40 minutes late with no explanation I'm sure the salon would cancel the appointment and maybe even charge the customer a cancellation fee too. Won't be going back.

If you are thinking of booking a massage here please book with her!!! every part of my body feels rejuvenated! her sweet, kind personality makes it a 10/10 experience. 100% will come back and see her.

I had the body scrub and massage services today at the Spa. I had a fantastic experience. The spa is beautiful. The room I was in was great. I received a great scrub and massage. I feel completely relaxed when I left. I highly recommend this spa.
