As several other comments stated, the confirmed appointment’s can get cancelled even minutes before the appointment! I had taken an off from work for an appointment which got canceled while I was on the way (due to calendar mess up by Josie). Subsequently, I was provided next days appointment which was again cancelled an hour before the appointment. Back to back cancellations with no regrets is what you’ll experience here. Try to avoid this unprofessional place if possible. Thanks

I had a massage with Josie, whilst I was on holiday in Cambridge. She was absolutely excellent. I have had 100s of massages in my life, therefore I can tell what techniques are being used and whether the therapist "knows what they are doing". Josie identified areas that required manipulation, without me even telling her the issue. The feedback after the massage was thorough, including aftercare advice, which not all massage therapists provide. I will definitely go back to Riverside when in the area. As my massage was so good I decided to book Reflexology , later that day. I met a lady called Liz; she was also excellent!! I have had Reflexology only a couple times before at different places, but not like Liz's!! She worked up my leg also and not just the feet. She also provided feedback and encouragement afterwards. Again , I would love to have this again, when back in the area. Riverside rocks!! Stay well both of u :) Yvo

I can't rave enough about Josie and Liz at Riverside Massage Therapy and Wellness Clinic. I am new to the area, and I was lucky enough to find this fantastic duo after a recommendation from my sister who has visited Josie in the past when her regular/longstanding RMT has been unavailable. I met with Liz initially for reflexology, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I have been for several visits now, and we have explored other techniques, including Reiki and head massage. I always leave feeling more positive and relaxed thanks to Liz. I met with Josie for the first time after meeting with Liz twice, and Josie immediately identified a potential cause for chronic pain I have been experiencing that no other practitioner has mentioned. After meeting with Josie twice, I am feeling more hopeful that my pain can be reduced and maybe even resolved, which is amazing. I had a double visit with Josie and Liz yesterday, and it was absolutely fantastic. They worked together seamlessly to make me feel like royalty throughout my appointment. When I got off the table, I felt physically and emotionally lighter and more positive, and I woke up feeling less pain this morning than I have in a very long time. I have already scheduled and look forward to my next double visit. Josie and Liz are both extremely kind and empathetic, and it is evident that they truly care about the wellbeing of their clients. I swear, they both have magic hands. You should do yourself a favour and reach out to schedule with at least one of them, but I encourage you to meet with them both (either individually or separately). You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Josie and Liz!

Great first experience. I pinched a nerve in my neck and just after one massage I felt alot of relief. She is very knowledgeable and relatable. Not to mention her prices are amazing! Will definitely be going back!

I have just had the most therapeutic, intuitive, and skilled massages of life. I absolutely recommend Josie. She loves what she does, she cares about her clients, and she is so good at treatment. She listened to what I had to say about my neck and back problems, asked thoughtful questions, and determined the cause and action plan in addressing and solving my issues. She applied the perfect amount of pressure--there was nothing weak about it, nor was it too intense. I honestly can't say enough positive things about what an excellent massage therapist Josie is.

My 1st Appointment I was certainly impressed, she pointed out my back pain that I never mentioned I had specifically in the exact location. ???? She targeted each and every locations of my injuries and paid extra attention to the parts that needed fixing. I’ve never had a massage therapist that did an actual therapeutic massage. All my times getting massages are nice and relaxing but, doesn’t seem to fix the reason for my visit. I’m definitely going back. Thanks Josie.

Good massages, very unreliable. My appointments far too often got cancelled the day of or night before (three or four times in the short time I was seeking treatment here) for me to want to continue seeking treatment here.

Josephine did an amazing job! She ensured I was comfortable throughout the process and focused on my problem areas! Highly recommend!
