I had the best experience at Serenity Spa in Burlington. My aesthetician Ina is very knowledgeable in this field and treated me very politely and professionally. I had such a treatment as led light therapy, radio frequency, lift mask and face massage. Very satisfied with the visit and i highly recommend trying facial treatment at this new place.

I recently took advantage of the online promotion for a facial. It was amazing, my first time! And everything that has been written about Jennifer, the esthetician, is so accurate. She is friendly, gently, and very skilled. A pleasure to speak with. Yes, an opportunity is presented to you afterwards to purchase a package of treatments, but it was done in a respectful way. They are a new spa and trying to build up their clientele. I had a really great experience overall.

I had my very first facial here. Wow. My skin feels amazing. Loved learning all about my skin and what would be needed to correct it. The package is an amazing deal. I really wish I didn't have to go with there payment company. If they could keep my credit card on file I would have beenable to do it. Thank you so much. I love the way I look and feel.

On Sunday May 4th, I had an anti aging facial at Serenity Spa Burlington, On. It was very relaxing & felt magnificent. I was amazed with the face/skin analysis. The staff from the front counter to my facial expert, Martina, were awesome . I highly recommend you to have your next facial at Serenity Spa.

I really enjoyed my facial at Serenity esthetics. The aesthetician was very kind and informative and made my experience relaxing. She was able to help detect which were the problem areas on my skin and gave me plenty of advice as to how to care for my skin at home.

I went to this spa based on a promotional video I saw on intagram. When I got there I was shocked. It looked NOTHING like the video I saw. It was a Completely different place! The building it is in is very dingy and not a zen spa experience. They were 20 minutes late starting my appointment. When I got to the room the esthetician asked me if her trainee could sit in. Was I supposed to say no? It was extremely awkward and just not a relaxing experience. The esthetician kept talking to me then to the trainee and back and forth. They were in and out of the room. Just felt like a factory facial. Afterwards a different person went over my skin analysis results and tried to sell me a monthly subscription….SCAM!!!!! I will not return to this place based on the false advertisement alone! What a mess.

I had a horrible experience with this location. The lady who did my facial was not experienced and I had infection around my eyes and still have it. She was constantly talking and had no idea what she was doing. Definitely not going back there and I won't recommend anyone to go there. Please don't hire new people and people who don't have enough experience.
