Kennedy was my RMT and did a fantastic job addressing prenatal pains in my mid and low back. She was kind and professional, and I could tell she had a great understanding of anatomy by how she worked through the muscles in my neck, shoulder and back.

My son goes for cranial sacral massage with Nathalie Jones. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I find her to be fair in her assessments and extremely helpful, especially when it comes to worried mothers of infants!

Been booking my prenatal massage with Soar clinic. They cancelled my appointments, three appointments in a row within the span of one month. They will call you an hour prior to your massage appointment and cancel it. They DO NOT even have the courtesy to say SORRY even. Neither do they feel sorry. Instead they the person on the phone is always unapologetic and throws attitude as if they don't care. Prenatal massage is very important for pregnant women, you wait looking forward to it and they cancel the same day without a sorry. Please spare yourself mental stress and avoid this clinic.

I have been coming here for 2 years now and have enjoyed every practitioner I’ve seen. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with their booking system and it somehow automatically booked me in to see one of their practitioners on a wait list. I am willing to take full responsibility for any missed appointment as I value peoples time and understand they lose money for missed appointments. I did not get an email notification for this appointment until I saw it hours after on the day of. I did not open this email. I didn’t not receive a text reminder. I am now expected to pay full price for this massage. I DID NOT BOOK IT. there is clearly something wrong with your booking system. I am extremely disappointed. Not am I only losing a great place to see an RMT, I am losing $120 for something I didn’t do. Thanks for everything. UPDATE: another person has experienced the exact same issue as me. Still, not even so much as an apology from this place, just a passive aggressive reply to my google review. Awesome!

The staff at Soar Wellness are great - the girls at reception give you a friendly welcome and know you by name are fast and efficient and awesome at finding appointments for you. LOVE my RMT Staisha - She asks the right questions, listens to my needs and does a perfect massage - always checking in to see how I’m doing (even after the massage!) and ready for follow up - Highly recommend
