"Been booking my prenatal massage with Soar clinic. They cancelled my appointments, three appointments in a row within the span of one month. They will call you an hour prior to your massage appointment and cancel it. They DO NOT even have the courtesy to say SORRY even. Neither do they feel sorry. Instead they the person on the phone is always unapologetic and throws attitude as if they don't care. Prenatal massage is very important for pregnant women, you wait looking forward to it and they cancel the same day without a sorry. Please spare yourself mental stress and avoid this clinic."

Unfortunately, there is something wrong with their booking system and it somehow automatically booked me in to see one of their practitioners on a wait list. I am willing to take full responsibility for any missed appointment as I value peoples time and understand they lose money for missed appointments. I did not get an email notification for this appointment until I saw it hours after on the day of. I did not open this email. I didn’t not receive a text reminder. I am now expected to pay full price for this massage. I DID NOT BOOK IT. there is clearly something wrong with your booking system. I am extremely disappointed. Not am I only losing a great place to see an RMT, I am losing $120 for something I didn’t do. Thanks for everything. UPDATE: another person has experienced the exact same issue as me. "I had a very bad experience and they actually gonna stole your money for a quick and rush service, and she got $100 for a very fast service in 5min and then she said we are done! It's a very bad place and experience ever! Don't recommend it to anyone."

"Visited Supreme Spa back on Sunday. March 27/2022, but kept forgetting to write this. I had booked a 1 hr appt for 11 am on Saturday night. Was very easy to book through text. Brief questions are okay, but specifics are preferred tk be discussed with the girl you see when you get there. Morning of the 27th, 30 mins before the appt I received a friendly text as an appt reminder & to ask if I was still coming. Once I got there & walked in, I only waited a few seconds before I was greeted by 1 of the 2 girls working that day (assuming only 2 because it was a Sunday). I mentioned I was there for an 11 am appt, & was led to a spa room. (When you walk in you're immediately in a small porch/ mudroom area for you to remove your footwear & the actual door going in is locked). I sadly didn't catch the names of the girls I saw (I opted for their 4 hands massage option), but if I could give 10/10 stars I would. I will definitely be going back again soon, during the week when I have some time."
