Most expensive and poorly done manicure I think I've had. Charging for removal, paint and shellac came to the same price as a set of gel nails it's ridiculous especially when they come out looking like this. The facial was nice but this place is certainly not as high-end and pricy as they'd like to think they are. Edit the last photo is from that same day when they are already chipping.

I had a wonderful massage while staying at the resort and loved it!! Kind and friendly staff and a really relaxing environment, I would book again and would love to bring my mom along next time!!

Lovely suites with excellent lake and mountain views. There was very little instruction/ information at check in so we had to search around for information like hot tub times etc. We ended up just calling the front desk ????

I have had wonderful experiences in the past but my last visit was comparatively subpar at best, at the beginning of November. Not sure what’s happened there, but I am not inclined to return. Very disappointed.

I called 4 times to make bookings for 3 ladies for a Bachelorette. The receptionist, Susie, said that everything was booked. On the day of one of the girls' booking was magically not there. It was very annoying because the original plan was for reflexology for her, and then that had to get canceled because there was no reflexologist. Thus, the multiple calls were made. Finally we settled with a pedicure, which ultimately didn't happen because the booking was "not in the system". And to think, Susie had also said offered our 4th friend join for a pedicure that day too. I'm happy she did not have to be disappointed. I received the facial which was relaxing however no extraction services were done and I still left with white heads. So it wasn't really worth the price of the service and wouldn't recommend spending money on that service. My friend who had the massage was booked with a therapist with very strong and bad body odor. You would think that at a spa the smells would be pleasing and relaxing. Also, hygiene? Nice ambience, pricey services with poor results, and horrible "system". The receptionist apologized but honestly it doesn't make up for the time lost and overall bad mood that we left with. I was called later and was told I would be given a discount. They refunded me $35 (about 8% of the total service and definitely more than the tip I had left). I wish I had known that one of the bookings had been canceled before I paid so then I wouldn't have left such a high percentage of the tip.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. I booked a surprise spa day for my friend's 50th birthday and they were fantastic at ensuring each of the services I wanted was organized and well planned. Bonnie and Chloe were fantastic and it was a relaxing experience leaving us both feeling utterly pampered. Every member of the team at the spa was welcoming, and made us feel special and well taken care of. Thanks to everyone there for making this surprise an amazing gift!

I just came home from an incredible 3 hours spent with Sally. I have used the spa services here in the past, and they have always been wonderful, but today's experience with Sally was incredible. It felt like she knew exactly where and what I needed to calm my tired, achy muscles. She made me feel very relaxed and calm during the entire set of services. She was very knowledgeable with how to address my concerns with my face and exactly the amount of pressure to use during massage. Thank you so much Sally for your services today. I look forward to coming back to see you!
