I had a deep tissue massage at Spa Lala, and Tina was my therapist. She did an excellent job — very professional and . Her technique was spot on, with just the right amount of pressure to relieve the tension in my back and shoulders. The environment was clean and relaxing, and I left feeling much better. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality massage!

Blissful Relaxation at La La Spa Mississauga I visited La La Spa last year few times And this year due to winter I couldn’t go. Last year I needed a much-needed relaxation day and booked a deep tissue massage. Atmosphere: The spa had a very calming and serene atmosphere pretty new .The decor was modern and minimalist, with soft lighting and soothing music. The staff was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. My massage therapist, Sophia, was fantastic. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns about tight muscles of my shoulder and neck muscles. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. Sophia's technique was excellent, and she applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Cleanliness: The spa was impeccably clean, new ambiance which I appreciated even tried pain management and table shower too they are awesome for the combo discounts. The price was reasonable for the quality of the service I received.I had a wonderful experience at La La Spa. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatment.I highly recommend La La Spa, especially if you're looking for a skilled massage therapist like Sophia. 5 out of 5 stars!

Very nice and clean spa, very relaxing and calm, big parking lot, very convenient. The massagers are very nice and professional, Yoko did a very good massage for me I will come back again for sure

The customer service isn't bad, but the staff lacks massage skills and dishonestly offers a free hot stone massage in exchange for a five-star review which is not true.
