"Received treatment from Paulina today. She did a thorough assessment on me and worked through lots of sore tension spots and helped to release them. I initially suffered from frozen shoulder on left side but she worked on my right more today because that side was more tight. I didn't even realize myself and just felt umcomfortable all over my back before I went to see her. She was right though. After the treatment, I felt much more relieved and all of my pain is gone. She is a great practitioner because she possesses excellent assessment skills and treated based on judgment. Thank you so much!"

His incredible breadth of knowledge coupled with his kindness and empathy made that the single best appointment I’ve ever had. "Had an appointment with Grant Smith, RMT. Despite being an initial visit and only scheduled for 30 minutes, Grant took the time to do a thorough assessment before beginning the massage. I expected the massage to be rushed after the assessment, but he went over and above expectations, spending the entire 30 minutes on working out a stubborn kink in my neck. 5/5 for Grant's work. Their office space is in a medical complex. It is small and dated in appearance. 3/5 for clinic decor. The business does not have a receptionist, so the phone often goes to voicemail. It may take a while but one of the practitioners will return the call. Invoices/receipts are prepared by hand, but stamped with the clinic's details; should not be an issue for submitting claims to benefits providers. 4/5 for clinic professionalism. Website includes a feed with upcoming available time slots. 5/5 for convenience! Edit: they now have an online booking system."
