Sophie is simply an amazing professional --- extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, and very clearly has a passion for what she does. I went to her for an acne-control treatment after I started breaking out the worst I've ever had it from a whole bunch of reasons --- hormones, makeup, stress, you name it. Not only did she make me feel comfortable during the treatment, but immediately after, started giving thoughtful recommendations for products to help me maintain my skin between treatments. She was very accommodating, not pushy at all, giving me many options and a clear explanation with each choice. Only hours after the treatment, my skin started to look visibly more relaxed. Weeks later, my skin is feeling so much more hydrated yet not more oily at all. I can't wait to go back, thank you so much Sophie!!
