My experience with Style Lounge has been frustrating and disappointing, not just once, but every single time I’ve visited. Two months ago, I asked clearly for curls, and they just straightened my hair instead. They weren’t even listening to what I wanted — and let’s be real, I’m not getting these services for free. I’m paying good money and still not receiving the results I ask for. Most recently, I came in for a hair color, showed a reference photo, and what I got was totally different — patchy, uneven, and it started fading every time I washed my hair. I reached out to them multiple times over the past two weeks to fix it, but instead of offering a proper correction, they kept asking for more money just to adjust their own mistake. I told them clearly that I didn’t want anything else from them — just a refund — but the owner refused and took no responsibility at all. This isn’t the first time either. One time they actually did give me curls, but they overcharged me more than what was reasonable. It’s clear they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend Style Lounge to anyone who expects to be heard, respected, or treated fairly. I also attached another customer Proof of picture.

Today I visited style lounge salon for my hair highlights and for manicure. The service they provide is excellent specially manju she did a very good manicure. And Suman did my consultation and suggest me a very good option of highlights which suits on my face. It's my one of the best experiences of salon in cambridge

Had a pretty good experience. The salon is very well maintained. Staff is polite and skilled. I got a hair wash and cut by Suman and she was very professional, hygienic and helpful with her suggestions for what would suit my face. She made me very comfortable and happy. Definitely coming back for more services.

I had the best experience with sumen today. She massaged my head during the wash and it was so relaxing. I stepped outside my comfort zone and got some bangs!!!! Lol Thank you so much for a great hair cut and style !

I recently visited style lounge salon and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the friendly staff to the impeccable service, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a top-notch hydra facial experience. Please ask for Ishika when u visit she is really good at her job and enjoys what she does also she is very friendly. I highly recommend her.
