"My experience with Style Lounge has been frustrating and disappointing, not just once, but every single time I’ve visited. Two months ago, I asked clearly for curls, and they just straightened my hair instead. They weren’t even listening to what I wanted — and let’s be real, I’m not getting these services for free. I’m paying good money and still not receiving the results I ask for. Most recently, I came in for a hair color, showed a reference photo, and what I got was totally different — patchy, uneven, and it started fading every time I washed my hair. I reached out to them multiple times over the past two weeks to fix it, but instead of offering a proper correction, they kept asking for more money just to adjust their own mistake. I told them clearly that I didn’t want anything else from them — just a refund — but the owner refused and took no responsibility at all. This isn’t the first time either. One time they actually did give me curls, but they overcharged me more than what was reasonable. It’s clear they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend Style Lounge to anyone who expects to be heard, respected, or treated fairly. I also attached another customer Proof of picture."

"I started seeing Crystal earlier this year for laser hair removal and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so nice and makes you feel at ease from the first appointment! The laser is painless with just the smallest indication she’s doing anything but the results are noticeable after the first session and I can’t believe the difference after a few of them! "Went to crystal for a facial and she recommended micro needling , I have rosacea ( so face is very sensitive) and also afraid of needles. So this wasn’t an easy decision but I trusted her. BEST decision made, I saw a huge difference the next day, it’s now been a few weeks and my face has been glowing. She also put a numbing cream while doing the micro needling and I did not feel any pain. Her studio was beautiful and I would completely recommend her services. My boyfriend got a fire and ice facial and he loved it too!"

"Crystal is nothing short of amazing. Aesthetician’s can be a dime a dozen but there’s something different with Crystal. Started off using her services when she posted a promo (check her out in instagram as she sometimes has deals/packages on). And quickly returned for facials which than turned into laser hair removal. Being hairy (as I like to call it). Having to deal with it daily became tedious and really added extra time to my morning routine. Not to mention my self confidence. I tried laser hair removal, and to be honest I wasn’t sure it would actually work. But after 5 sessions of chin, underarm and bikini I can say I am a believer (and a lot less hairy!!????). Crystal‘s laser is pain free and cool to touch (no burning or pain during it after sessions). She is personable, and professional. Her sessions gave me back my self confidence, and time in the morning (moms, IYKYK how 5 extra minutes in the morning can make a difference). Can wait to start my next round of laser. 10/10 would be my review of her salon, pricing, and knowledge of her profession."
