I had learned about Sunshine Serenity Studios through a friend of mine. She raved about the service and said that I would love it too. I booked an appointment and safe to say, I was not disappointed. I’m a new mom and my body is still adjusting to having to carry around a little one. Lots of tension stored in my neck and traps to be precise. I went to the appointment thinking at the very least, I’d feel better about that part of my body. It’s been 2 weeks and I can still feel how much lighter my body has become after the massage Elise gave me. Not only is she so lovely to talk to (her energy is infectious), but she does God’s work. I got the Body and Facial bundle off the website and that included 2 hours of deep tissue massage for body, face and best of all, scalp! The head massage gave me so many tingles and I was so relaxed. More than I had been in a while. I highly recommend giving her a try or buying a gift card for family, friends, or coworkers because the experience was heavenly. I’ll definitely be going back again soon!

I recently attended a women’s day event with Elise at Sunshine Serenity Studios. I went into the day feeling stressed and tired (the pressures of being a parent are so intense sometimes). I left from the women’s day feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and excited for the challenges that the future had in store for me. Elise made me feel welcomed, supported, and worthy of a self care day (because we all know that mom guilt gets the best of us sometimes). Elise is very lovely. The Reiki facial, hand, and foot massage was everything that I wanted. As a fellow Reiki master, finding a healer whose energy complements your own is an awesome thing. I will absolutely go back for this incredible experience again. ❤️❤️
