I always have a wonderful experience at the ten spot! I see Harpreet for all my waxing needs —she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and always makes me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The studio space is meticulously clean, bright and modern and offers a variety of treatments and discounted memberships. I would highly recommend Harpreet at the ten spot to anyone looking for a top notch beauty bar experience ????????.

My pedicure with harpreet was excellent great foot and leg massage. My only complaint would be the seating as its uncomfortable to sit straight up and then the receptionist rushing her to finish for another appointment that seemed like she wasn't aware of. Otherwise happy with my pedicure

What a great experience for myself my mom and my two daughters! We were all given the best pedicures at the same time and felt truly pampered! All while sipping tea and hot chocolate ☺️ we will be back!

I recently moved here from White Rock. Trying to find my new spot for mani/pedi. It won’t be this spot! I’d first like to say the people there were friendly and welcoming. The business model for this though was the exact opposite of what I look for. Long white plastic chairs and table for mani. Orange walls and cold sterile environment. Pedi stations were probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat In. Don’t go here if you are over 5’7. I arrived at 2:15pm and didn’t leave until 4:45!! Crazy. And the icing on top was the $200 bill. I’ve had a lot of different experiences but NEVER have I paid that much. I wouldn’t even have had a problem if it were over the top experience but it was definitely not that.

I arrived on time for my appointment but was asked to wait ten minutes before beginning my service. I found this frustrating as there was no client before me. I wasn’t offered an apology to be kept waiting. The service is average for being in the high side of pricing. I was asked to check my brows and noted a few extra hairs that I wanted removed and was told they needed to be there. I said I wanted them gone. I don’t know why I need to explain myself.

I go here to get my monthly facials and waxing, I always get Ari even when I don’t book for her because they just know she’s my favorite esthetician and that I’ve previously booked with only her. I like that it is clean, and the prices are reasonable. And the products they use for your service are easily accessible at front desk for purchase. Receptionist was also nice. I do like that my appointments are never messed up and that typically they can get me in for last minute ones.
