"Not organized, not mindful. No effort at all to satisfy the client. Can’t recommend Just so we’re clear—I wasn’t being “picky.” I booked a foot massage and a neck and shoulder massage, expecting a basic level of organization and cleanliness. Silly me, right? After the foot massage, I was offered a chair for the next part—right in front of the entrance to Granville Street, where homeless people and drug addicts frequently wander in. But sure, I’m the problem for not wanting to sit literally at the front door while trying to relax. When I asked for the chair to be moved somewhere more appropriate, your staff wasted 5–8 minutes having a discussion like it was a high-level board meeting. And when they finally moved it, what a surprise—the chair was covered in spider webs and random garbage. Nothing says “luxury experience” like sitting in a dusty, web-covered chair, right? Then came the best part—your massage therapist, an older woman, immediately started complaining that she couldn’t see the clock from this new spot. Because, of course, knowing the time is more important than actually doing her job. When the receptionist suggested she just turn her head, she kept whining that it wasn’t convenient for her. At that point, I realized this whole thing was a joke and decided to leave. And now, instead of taking feedback like a professional business would, you call me “troublesome” and claim it’s difficult to satisfy me? You’re right about one thing—it’s difficult to satisfy anyone when your service is a disaster. But hey, at least your response will help plenty of people avoid your place without me having to say another word. So, thanks for that."

"Excellent visit today. Had the 50 minute foot massage, although I opted to include a 10 min shoulder massage as well. Pressure was perfect and afterwards my feet felt fantastic. Lose a star for someone sniffling constantly which was rather off putting. Definitely would return and the price is amazing for the quality of service."

"I recently moved here from White Rock. Trying to find my new spot for mani/pedi. It won’t be this spot! I’d first like to say the people there were friendly and welcoming. The business model for this though was the exact opposite of what I look for. Long white plastic chairs and table for mani. Orange walls and cold sterile environment. Pedi stations were probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat In. Don’t go here if you are over 5’7. I arrived at 2:15pm and didn’t leave until 4:45!! Crazy. And the icing on top was the $200 bill. I’ve had a lot of different experiences but NEVER have I paid that much. I wouldn’t even have had a problem if it were over the top experience but it was definitely not that."

"I arrived on time for my appointment but was asked to wait ten minutes before beginning my service. I found this frustrating as there was no client before me. I wasn’t offered an apology to be kept waiting. The service is average for being in the high side of pricing. I was asked to check my brows and noted a few extra hairs that I wanted removed and was told they needed to be there. I said I wanted them gone. I don’t know why I need to explain myself."

"I go here to get my monthly facials and waxing, I always get Ari even when I don’t book for her because they just know she’s my favorite esthetician and that I’ve previously booked with only her. I like that it is clean, and the prices are reasonable. And the products they use for your service are easily accessible at front desk for purchase. Receptionist was also nice. I do like that my appointments are never messed up and that typically they can get me in for last minute ones."
