I treated myself to a massage from Balay Spa for my birthday. Everyone working there was very friendly, and my therapist Rochelle did an excellent job. I asked for a deep massage with heated stones and she customized the massage to my needs. I left relaxed and with a feeling of well-being. Thanks for contributing to a great birthday experience!

My two girlfriends & I all had facials today & honestly I cannot say enough about how great it was. The ladies are lovely & did amazing facials on all of us. If you have not discovered this little local gem, you should check it out. We will definitely be going back at least once a month. Thanks to all the ladies there - you are amazing !!! On a little vacation and so very thankful that I stumbled across Balay Spa!! Upon entering you felt welcome and relaxed with the people and smells . Then , I was fortunate enough to receive a massage and reflexology from Orly . WOW !! What an experience ! If you live here check it out and if you visit make an appt you won’t regret it ! Amazing massage - I got the deep tissue massage and the therapist really worked out all my knots and focused on the areas that needed worked on - 100% will be back again! Also very friendly, relaxing vibes from the moment I walked into the reception ☺️

The staff were so kind and I had a great massage. Definitely recommend for a relaxing experience! I wasn’t sure where the free parking was so unfortunately I had to pay for parking so I would recommend checking ahead of time.

The best full body massage Ive ever had. The spa is in a very cozy and the practitioners were especially accommodating, adjusting pressure as needed. Highly recommend if you’re in the North Vancouver area.

Third time there in as many weeks, really helping my stiff shoulders and back, massage therapist was excellent, worked with great pressure and enthusiasm. Highly recommend Swedish deep tissue massage!
