The Spa at Olivine is very welcoming. Everything from your warm reception by staff at front desk, the very inviting atmosphere is extended in the offer of pleasant inside shoes, lovely waiting area with optional drink of refreshing juice or water, brought lightly scented and warm towel to help put your mind at body in Spa mode. The change room is more than sufficient and lockers for belongings are clean and well maintained. My massage by Rachel Anna was just as the first one she had given; incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. She is very sensitive to my needs, remembers prior areas of concern, and always attentive to any requests.

Salt room is relaxing and helps my chronic sinus congestion. Had a massage from Rachel and it was fantastic. She checks in on pressure and really took the time to understand what I was needing. The massage was therapeutic and relaxing, one of those times when you wish you had another 5 hours!

It was very relaxing, not rushed. And I was able to enjoy a cup of tea in the Himalayan rock room..where it was quiet. So I was not rushed out the door when it was over. An amazing calming experience!

Sabrina and her team went above and beyond to create such an amazing and special experience for us. Our busy friend group was able to relax and unwind, eat delicious snacks and wine and connect. Cannot recommend this gorgeous spa more!

Fantastic prenatal massage by Rachel G.! This was my first time doing a prenatal massage on my side and it was perfect. She had great pressure, and found trouble spots and got them out! Very relaxing.

Great location, clean building, relaxed atmosphere and aesthetically pleasing. Service provider was knowledgeable and attentive. Areas for improvement - communication and transparency. When booking over the phone, inform customers of the price differences between providers, especially when the salon is making a schedule change. Be upfront with the 5% product surcharge and consider including a standard amount in the applicable services instead. Currently the surcharge varies depending on the price of the provider not the actual service meaning some customers pay more even when the same amount of product is used.

Staff at “The Spa at Olivine” provided a warm welcome that had us feeling relaxed and ready for our spa experience. We were treated to top notch pedicures with extra attention given to dry areas on our heels. We ended our visit with a 30 minute halotherapy session; a super relaxing experience that we highly recommend. Many thanks to Sabrina, Ashley and Danielle for providing the most special and relaxing spa day!
