I am speechless of Town’n Nails service and understanding- I can be squeezed at any time when it works my schedule; the team is very kind, patient and accommodating. I’ve been visiting them for the past 4 years, and will continue despite my long commute to their salon. They are very knowledgeable in the beauty industry:) I admire their work!

I took my 4 year old daughter for a little mommy and me date, and the music was very inappropriate, not only for a child but for a nail salon as well. "I Just had Sex" was one of the first songs that were played and they allowed the whole song to play. I wasn't too impressed with my nails either which big chunks started coming off within a few hours after. The only reason why I an giving it a 2 start is because the women doing my daughter nails took good care of her and she was happy with her nails

got my nails done yesterday. I chose acrylic full set without any color 35$ just because it was my choice to have a natural finish, it was nver about money. The lady refused to put a top coat even that it wasn't included in that price give me 5$ more i asked her ok charge me more but please finish it clean at least,, she did evrything in haste just because i didnt choose color, poor finishing poor corners and still she ended up making a total of 47$+ em surprised how?

If I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have gone. Regardless, that I am unimpressed with how my nails look, the reason I won’t return is their customer service. I waited about 2 months to get my nails done, as I wanted to ensure they were strong enough on their own again. I had finally gotten to that point so I went. I called ahead to see if they had space and they did. When I got there I had to wait a few minutes which was totally fine as I was a walk in. I had the final remnants of my previous shellac on my nails but there wasn’t much. Their male employee handled my nail appointment and right off the bat I thought he was rushing to get through. He was so aggressive on my nails and filed the tops of them so much that my nail had become so flimsy and had cut my pinky at the back of my nail. I was already not impressed now. When he asked what color I was looking for, I showed a photo of the nail design I was hoping to have done and asked if he could do it. He responded with “yes, that’s easy.” So I said great and chose my color. When he sat back down, I asked if he needed the photo on my phone. He said why would I need that, and I said to see the design I wanted, to which he responded he didn’t have time to do. I should’ve left at that point. He decided he would do it but rushed through the whole service. He painted way back on my nail including the cuticle and some of my fingers, he left paint surrounding my nails and mangled the design. During the appointment he even said that he was struggling to focus on my nails, which I understand staring at nails all day is hard on your eyes, but then ask your colleague to finish instead as he was the only one currently with a client. To top it off, at the end of the appointment, he just slathered the cuticle care all over my fingers and then told me I was done. No hand wash, nothing. I went to pay and that’s when he told me there was an extra $10 charge for my design, which was ridiculous. He should have told me from the start and I’ve never been charged $10 when the design consisted of solely paint, no jewels or anything. I still tipped him, as I too work in customer service but safe to say I will never be going back. The green is the photo I went in with, crisp straight lines. The purple is what I received.

I visited this salon after reading google reviews and it was amazing. My plan was to go for a simple pedi but because they were so great, I went back the next day for a gel mani. Amazing look. Min, the owner is so knowledgeable and patient taking the time to do every detail so well. My daughter got her pedi and biogel mani done with extensions and she is in love with them. The next day I also took my aunt who is a diabetic to get her pedi and I found out that they were certified to do diabetic pedicures. I don’t live in the country but I visit my family in Cambridge often from Washington DC. We are so in love with this place that we are going back in July to get our mani and pedi again!! ????????????❤️ My third pic is my nails’ condition after 5 wks. Min is AMAZING ????

After being in Cambridge for a few years now and trying multiple nail salons I’ve finally found this wonderful place! They make you feel like you’ve been coming for years by being so welcoming. Minh takes so much pride in her work. I will definitely be returning.

I went for the first time to Town's Nails today I cannot believe I haven't checked out this place sooner. I had the pleasure of Minh to do my nails, she was very sweet, had great suggestions for the design I wanted and was very thorough overall. Clean salon, professional work and great prices. I will be coming back as a regular.
