I had a Full BelaMD today with Amanda. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The first thing she did prior to the procedure was wash her hands. As a nurse this made me quite happy. My skin feels great and the entire experience was professional, comfortable, and looking forward to next treatment.

I've been visiting the True Balance Medical Spa in Spruce Grove for many year for a variety of services; massages, facials, body wraps, lash tints and most recently; micro needling and laser treatments. The ladies there are wonderful; very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Not sure about their services, but I purchased a product for my wife for Xmas. I asked if it wasn't the right stuff so I could return it. I was told yes, and well it was not what she wanted. My wife went to take it back and they said no returns. I'm sorry but for the price I paid for this crap to just collect dust now. I will never go back to this place and I turn people away who ask me about it.

I would recommend True Balance Medical Spa if you need any of their services and live in Parkland County. The receptionists are not only very friendly but do an excellent job of creating a welcoming environment. The office itself is not only very clean but looks amazing as well. I went it for a lamprobe and Skyler did an impeccable job of not only making sure that I was comfortable but also answered all of the questions that I had. The process itself could not of went better and I am expected to heal better than anticipated.

My lovely Botox lady retired and I found True Balance on a whim. The receptionists are great and it is unbelievable how quickly they got me an appointment. The office is absolutely gorgeous and I am shocked by hoy many services they offer. I saw Kate and she was incredibly professional and non judgemental, she wanted to know what I wanted instead of pushing me towards something based on looking at me (some techs are so bad for this). Additionally she suggested some SPF moisturizer that I’m totally into. All in all the entire experience was painless and I truly can’t wait to go back for subsequent treatments and to get some other things done!

So disappointed! My mom and I who have been customers for 15 years were just there Saturday and re-booked our pedicures for October and received a call today (2 days later) cancelling our appointments because they are no longer doing pedicures as of September. This is terrible customer service!! Existing appointments made should have been honored!! Hands down! A greedy direction they are headed, it's all about injections.
