I have been going to Urban Massage for over 5 years and have had Emma as an RMT over this span. First off, Emma is an extremely well educated, effective and compassionate RMT. Her use of varying techniques and recommendations for at home stretches has made such a large impact in the quality of my life. Furthermore, the owner Nicole and all of the front end staff are always pleasant, welcoming, and attentive. By far the best massage practice I've ever used. Highly recommend them!
