I had a fantastic experience at this massage parlour! The ambiance was calm and relaxing, with soothing music and a clean, well-maintained space. The therapist was highly skilled, professional, and attentive to my comfort throughout the session. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time—highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and de-stress!
We came across Victoria spa after a travel interruption at YYZ requiring us to stay near the airport for a few nights. We had a 2 hour couples massage which was nothing short of amazing. The salon was clean, professional and we left feeling refreshed. Ivy and Angela did a great job and Sabrina at the front desk was very kind.
I had a great experience at Victoria Elite Spa with Sofia. She did a great massage on my shoulders, lower back and legs. I felt so much relaxed and relived from pain. It was totally worth it. I would recommend Sofia for the pain management and massage. Thank you Sofia ????
The service at this massage shop was utterly disappointing. Despite explicitly requesting experienced therapists during the booking, I was assigned someone who openly admitted to being a “newbie.” To make matters worse, the therapist’s poor skills were overshadowed by unprofessional and inappropriate remarks throughout the session. What stood out most was the blatant bias against Chinese customers. The therapist commented that “foreigners tip more generously, while Chinese people give less” and even claimed that “Chinese people don’t know how to enjoy life.” Such remarks are not only discriminatory but deeply disrespectful, making it clear that Chinese customers are not valued here. For a business catering to a diverse clientele, this attitude is entirely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the therapist suggested I should “get an RMT license” to rent it out and make money. This irrelevant and unprofessional comment only emphasized the lack of seriousness and respect in their service. Moreover, the therapist bragged about how the shop has been in business for years and doesn’t lack customers. However, with this kind of service and attitude, it’s hard to imagine that the shop can retain loyal customers for much longer. Overall, the experience was a complete letdown, with poor service, unskilled techniques, and offensive attitudes toward customers. If this shop doesn’t improve its service quality and professionalism, its reputation—and customer base—will inevitably decline.
Went there this week and was greeted by an attendant named Barbie. Wonderful massage and extremely friendly Will definitely return since everything is top notch in terms of cleanliness, professionalism and great atomsphere
Front Desk: very nice and welcoming. Allowed for add on for stones Massage: the therapist spoke very little English. The massage itself was okay, not good or great. Professionalism: none existent. No consult, no wrapping technique, and no PRIVACY. She stormed in while I was changing 3 times. Then didn’t securely wrap me.
I usually go here for a full body massage usually a 8/10 experience. My last visit was not satisfying.I paid for a 1 hour service, however the service ended. I asked for a foot massage because i needed one i offered to pay for more time and was not given that. Later on i seen a bruise on my back and I can barely move around or lift anything.
I had a terrible experience at this massage spa. The lady who massaged me reeked of garlic, making the entire session unbearable. Not only was the smell overwhelming, but it also made me feel nauseous throughout the entire massage. I could not relax and enjoy the experience due to the offensive odor. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant massage experience. Avoid at all costs if you value your sense of smell and overall comfort.
