I had a fantastic experience at Yaletown Wellness and will definitely be back. The space was clean, staff friendly, and my facial acupuncture (with Dr C Wong) and contour massage (with Song Yi Kim) experience was so positive. I could see results immediately with the contour massage! These are a common treatments in Korea, and I was excited to find a place in Vancouver that offered it. Highly recommend Yaletown Wellness and the facial acupuncture + contour massage to those who are looking for holistic, natural approach to k-beauty.

Really horrible experience. Their website offers services that none of their practitioners knew and when I went to my appointment they laughed at me and said they didn’t offer that service. Then they left me and discussed for around 30 mins. I had to cancel my appointment and any future appointments with this clinic. This demonstrates extreme negligence on their part and lack of professionalism. It was a really bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to go to a clinic where they offer services they don’t know how to do or even know it’s on the list.

I booked for a facial acupuncture and contour massage with them. Peter was humorous and fun to talk to, made me comfortable right away. The contour massage also exceeded my expectations. She started with a comprehensive relaxing neck and shoulders massage that actually helped with a neck strain, saved me a physio session. Never have I booked a follow up so quickly.

I had a great RMT experience with Sky. Most of the techniques he did were pretty new to me and they for sure worked! I been getting RMT for the past 3 years constantly and this was by far my favorite. Their heated massage bed is also amazing I highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Adam highly enough! Osteopathy sessions with him has changed my pain level drastically. After every session I feel like my entire body is reset. I receive outstanding results. The clinic staff are all welcoming & professional and all appointments happen on the dot.

I had the absolute best experience at Yaletown Wellness Center! ???? From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly patient, waiting for me with warm smiles. My acupuncturist, Wendy, who also did my microneedling, was so caring and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. She checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing okay and gave me lots of advices on how to take care of my skin better. What really surprised me was how much extra care went into the service—beyond microneedling, they included body acupuncture, numbing cream, multiple layers of skin treatments, and even a soothing face mask! On top of that, they generously gave me two extra masks and a moisturizing cream to take home. I’ve honestly never had such an amazing experience at a wellness center before. The overall atmosphere and energy there made me feel genuinely happy. I’m definitely coming back for more sessions and am so glad I found my go-to place! ????

Out of the 5 appointments I have scheduled here, 2 of them have been cancelled last min. This was with different practitioners for different services. This is very frustrating because not only do I plan my schedule around these appointments, but I also book these appointments weeks / months in advance in order to get the day / time needed to fit my schedule. This means I need to wait weeks / months again before I can get a new appointment. I had picked this place out of convenience as it is close by, but this is not convenient at all. Of the successful appointments I’ve had, the service has been not bad.
