My oxygeno facial was such an amazing experience. I also seen results right off of the table, I was left with my skin, glowing, and feeling clean. Claudia was very thorough, gentle as possible and personable. She answered any questions that I had and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The treatment itself was such a great experience and I would recommend anyone to give it a try! I will definitely be returning for the same treatment and possibly open to try new things in the future.

I've been to Zenbar about five times now, and up until recently, every experience had been fantastic. The therapists I've seen in the past were skilled, attentive, and truly helped with my recovery and relaxation needs. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me very disappointed. I was assigned a therapist who, frankly, did not seem confident or knowledgeable. I clearly communicated that I had a recent neck injury and asked for special care around that area as it was healing well. Despite this, only a few minutes into the massage, the therapist applied pressure directly to my neck, aggravating the injury. Since then, I've experienced ongoing neck and back pain that has significantly impacted my daily life. I've now had to attend two physiotherapy sessions to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I’m still not back to normal. It's frustrating how one negative experience can overshadow so many positive ones. I truly want to continue coming to Zenbar, but now I'm hesitant and unsure if I can trust the consistency of care going forward.

It was a great experience. Friendly staff explained everything. Start to finish was smooth. End result , felt super relaxed after the led pod service. Amazing!

Wow - what can i say . Luis has the magic power of healing sore muscles like no one i have met - and i have years kf experience with RMTsThank you so much for treating my tight muscles and allll the great tips and feedback . I will return again and again and again ! Very professional and excellent work ethics too . Zenbar ambience added to the experience and the receptionist tonight was amazing - cordial and very friendly . Location is super clean and welcoming .

My first experience at Zenbar was wonderful. Had a chance to go with my daughter on her birthday. Enjoyed warm welcome with cinnamon tea. It was truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Breathed in serene vibes. Tom is an exceptional massage therapist. His expertise and attention to detail was amazing. I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the massage. Tom's professionalism and kindness shine through his work. He has a lot of knowledge about nutrition as well. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a top-notch massage therapy experience. I admire and respect these individuals who have passion to heal others. Seems like he fixed my shoulder. ????????

I work with Julie. She's my family's go to person for massage therapy. We always feel brand new after. I'm currently getting LPG and I've been seeing great results on my stubborn belly and back. Lots of parking and very nice, professional staff. Recommend !

The staff was friendly, but we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the spa. From the moment we walked in, it felt poorly maintained. The towels and robes were old, worn, and had a musty smell, which was off-putting. The floors and treatment rooms didn’t feel clean, and the overall atmosphere was messy and neglected—far from the relaxing spa experience we expected. This place desperately needs a deep clean and a serious refresh. While my massage was great, my facial was not worth it. I had the LPG facial, and the esthetician seemed unsure of how to use the machine properly. The power even went out during my session, and she didn’t acknowledge it until I brought it up. To make matters worse, she skipped my forehead entirely, and when I pointed it out, she denied it instead of correcting the mistake. It was disappointing. Between the lack of cleanliness, the poor facial experience, and the overall disorganized feel, we left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

I have been enjoying the services at Zenbar for years! A hidden jewel in Oakville. Upon entering the lounge, it is dark and moody. Lots of nooks with pillows to relax before and after your services. I enjoy the red light pod, collegen facial & massage with Luis. He was trained by Buddhist Monks, and I appreciate his knowledge & philosophy.
