I had a 60 minute session with Farjana and it has been the best massage I've gotten so far. She asked me about my pains thoroughly and really took her time to relieve the muscle tension. She took really good care of me! I would really recommend her to anyone!

I love getting my massages here. Both Karen and Marcus take great care to provide excellent massages every time. Karen is wonderful for calming energy, relaxation, and gentle massage. Marcus is great for deep tissue muscle work. I highly recommend them both and Relax Ottawa.

The appointment started late without any explanation or apology, immediately reflecting a lack of organization. Before the session, specific areas of focus were discussed, but once the massage began, the therapist completely disregarded the agreed-upon plan. Instead of addressing the intended concerns, they spent time on unrelated areas, resulting in frustration and no relief. To make matters worse, when the issue was brought up with the owner, Melissa, she responded with excuses instead of addressing the complaint seriously. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. There are many other places that prioritize professionalism and client care—choose one of those instead.

Just finished my first ever massage with Andrew King. I felt comfortable when I left, that Andrew assessed, stretched and treated me to perfection. Clear example of somebody who listens to patients but also applies their expertise to their feedback. I thought I had a clear expectation of what I needed help with, but after following Andrew’s process and speaking with them, I saw just where I needed attention and he addressed them perfectly. Great pressure. Great ambiance. Humbly my best experience to date. Thank you!

I always have such a great experience here! Great central location in a beautiful old home; the treatment rooms are gorgeous and definitely contribute to relaxation. When it’s time for a massage I usually just nab the next available opening and I’ve had a positive experience with many different RMTs including Karen and Marcus.

I had a massage session that didn’t agree with my body. The masseuse and the admin team helped me find a resolution that worked for both parties. Overall, the experience was good. The people are great and actually want you to feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend their service and advise you to do your research on how different massage techniques work for different body types.
