First off let me say I’ve been a client of Skoah for over 20 years, since they started in Yaletown. I’ve shown loyalty to this business through many annual memberships, product purchases etc. I don’t write this review happily. Skoah, as it is now, is a pale imitation of its former self. Facials now are just an opportunity for a heavy sales pitch, even if you already use the products. That’s not relaxing. There’s deceptive packaging practices. When you look on the website for their serums for example, they all show 30mL bottles. But what you buy are 28 mL bottles. Every bottle, or container has unnecessary plastic to bulk it up (see pic). Their products are good, my skin is happy and I’m grateful for that. I just can’t overlook the fact that they view customers as $$$ first, the skincare part is afterwards. I’ve cancelled my annual membership and I’ve been exploring other Canadian skincare options that are less deceptive.

I’ve been a Skoah member since 2015. The benefits are many. I love that the product is very high quality and feels amazing on your skin. The hot towels used to remove masks, etc are divine! The West Broadway location has lovely staff, and I love my treatments from esthetician Forouz. She has years of experience and her technique is exceptional.

Best facial I ever had. I took a few selfies as I couldn't believe how great it looked. Products smelled great. Kayla was spectacular and made some solid recommendations and suggestions for my daily face routine. I became a member right afterwards.

Had a great experience - only my second time getting a facial and my first one at this location, but by far the best one! The staff was lovely, super informative and helpful with any questions I had. A really relaxing space, I left feeling totally pampered!
