They have a Spanish speaker nail ???? tech too, her name is Madga I saw her work in someone else nails and she did a fantastic job so if you need a Spanish speaker nail tech she is the one. "Came in for a facial today at serenity spa, I got my face analyzed by their skin specialist, I learned a lot about my skin that I did not know, I felt highly educated when they they showed me the report from the skin analyzer. "I had a lovely experience yesterday with Sonia as my esthetician. Upon entering the spa, I was greeted by lovely receptionists, in a calming and brightly light environment. I enjoyed the treatment and was so impressed by Sonia's ability to explain each step of the facial process. The bed also gave me a "massage" which was very relaxing. Why 4 stars? Honestly, there was a "skin analysis" afterwards, really trying to get you to spend lots of $ which is totally okay if that's what you want to invest in because it's your money. But the experience was awful and the man was kind of rude, condicending, and ruined my good vibes. He repeatedly told me my skin was poor and when I said I wasn't interested in a monthly service, he basically said that then there is nothing I could do then and it seemed like they wouldn't want my business. Didn't love that, but I would definitely recommend trying it because everything else was wonderful and my skin feels lovely today."
