"I have been doing laser with Seda for over 3 months now and saw instant results by the first session! She really takes the time to ensure maximum coverage and no spots were missed. Also, Institut S&S uses the latest technology in laser hair removal so the process is painless!!! Even for bikini area. I’ve done laser at 2 other salons in the past and i can’t say the same (painful sessions, struggling to see results). I will definitely be going back to do more areas. "As a new client a mature respectable woman referred by my sister to go to this salon. But never imagining to receive such undeserving and unpleasant service. At my consultation which lasted 5 mins I was quite clear the type of eyebrows I expected, combo of microblading /microshading. I showed her one of the pictures on her Instagram that I liked. After my research online I knew for a fact that my request was feasible considering my situation. She assured me not to worry we will look at more pictures when you come in for the procedure which she never did, so I assumed she knew. But I did refresh her memory on the day of the procedure by saying what I wanted....she said ok. Anyway came out with failed eyebrows not the same shape, nor length and nothing close to what I expected. She never took measurements just drew an eyebrow shape by eye. She let me go without giving me the aftercare instructions, I had to ask the receptionist which she had to ask her. I called back 4 days later mentioned that I was not really satisfied of the results (always being polite) simply because it looked more like powdered brows (not a natural look for me) and if at my touch up appointment it can be corrected. She immediately replied, that she refused to do my touch up and will give me my money back! The issue here is she screws up and sends me out there to look for someone else to do the correction. This is unprofessional and the worse is she didn’t even apologize. I would of preferred her being honest and say I cannot provide the service you need. Quite dishonest all along. Now that the film peeled off my brows look messy and unpolished, cause prior to the procedure my eyebrows were not cleaned up well. I also noticed the first week ...very disappointed! I do not recommend this salon."

I have to admit the amount of effort and time she puts on every single session makes me confident that my money is at the right place! For a person who struggled a lot with body hair, I’ve seen some results quickly. Also, recently I started doing my eyebrows with Sevgi, and after 20 years my eyebrows are finally the same shape on both sides!!!"
