"Massage was great, but the old lady with the very short hair who answers the phone and and greets you, and who you pay (not rose) was very mean. She was rude and had a scowl the whole time. 2 times she was yelling at my massuse through the door to the point she had to go outside to talk to her which kind of ruined the massage. She shouldn't be greeting customers or she should find another job because she seems to hate this one. I already tipped my massuse but when I paid she didn't want to give me back my change either."

"I call spa in the morning as a walk in client. Mary is therapist who is seldom one can speak English. She explains well about which services should I take and how my body condition is that day. I enjoyed both regular body massage and lymphatic drainage sessions. I feel lighter and get less pain as walking in."

"Had a great session with Summer. Both my arms had congestion and knots formed. Summer was really professional and sorted out the issue. Offered cupping as well, which helped relieve pain. Could tell they treat their customers well."

"Foot reflexology is good, but you are forced into tips by being blatantly called out immediately about the tip that you gave & how your massage therapist deserves more. Rose the owner is great and kind/caring but the prices have skyrocketed & what's irritating is they still have the old processor listed but don't charge at them. Things need to improve in terms of correct advertising but apart from that normally foot reflexology is good, but this time the massage therapist was wearing gloves which causes uncomfortable irritation on the skin."

"J'ai eu un massage avec Lionel ça été complètement parfait. C'est définitivement le meilleur massage que j'ai eu. Il est très à l'écoute et il utilise plusieurs styles de massage dans une séance je vais a coup sur y retourner et je vous le recommande chaudement. Si vous avez peur d'y aller du a des douleur n'hésitez pas à aller le voir je suis en douleur constante depuis plusieurs année et il a su me soulager énormément je n'ai absolument rien de négatif a dire. "J'y suis allée pour un massage. Le service à la clientèle était moyen dans l'ensemble, la décoration des années 90 et la propreté des lieux sont des éléments qui ne m'ont pas vraiment rassurés. Comme exemple, l'appui-tête de la table de massage était recouvert d'un bout de tissu bleu foncé déchiré qui ne faisait pas exactement la forme de l'appui-tête. Je n'ai rien contre la récupération, mais selon moi dans un établissement où l'on offre des services de soin, ce sont des détails à surveiller et le blanc est conseillé... J'ai été satisfaite du massage somme toute, mais j'ai déjà vu mieux ailleurs. Il y a un manque côté expérience client et professionnalisme."
