"I have frequented Rejuvenate for many years. The staff and Dr. Julia are excellent! I love this clinic because they do not over treat and will work with you to develop a skin care plan. They are never pushy and never try to sell me products unless I inquire. Many clinics in this industry will over charge, upsell and not always provide a service that is best suited for the patient, but rather what is best for their pocket book. Rejuvenate is the complete opposite, they have the patients best interest in mind, first and foremost. Highly Recommend ***** 5 Stars"

"I know Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic since they opened. I absolutely trust this Spa for many years. The place is so cute and perfectly clean, and the ambiece is so calm and peaceful.The staff is always so friendly, polite and professional. The receptionist exceptionally helpful, patient and answering all my questions. Anna pays incredible attention to detail with her facials or other procedures, making sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to treat themselves."

"The clinic and staff are great. I have never had any issues with service or treatments. When there are any questions, the staff is very prompt in addressing them. They run some sales and promotions which is much help in budgeting the self care in my daily life. I went to both Brantford and Ancaster locations (visit the Ancaster location more frequently). I work in customer service myself and the spa staff always exceeds my expectations, I am a pretty quite picky customer. Honestly, I would be weary in any one star reviews without any comments explaining their experience."

"Used a wag jag coupon so it was a fabulous deal. The place is very small and not fancy but the massage was really good. I found the lady at the desk on leaving was quite rude and made us feel bad for getting a desk which she would never approve and asked a other agent to call and cancel the coupons at WagJag. She questioned how much we paid and I told her it was 64% off. She was quite upset."

"I have not been to this spa in a few years, and for good reason. I forgot all about this place until recently when it popped up on my facebook...Which was weird because the owner, Teresa blocked me when she saw me interacting with another spa owner, childish. They might have updated their spa since my last visit, but from what I remember, very cluttered and dirty. They also use Dollerama products, I asked about this and was told "this is what Teresa gives us". I went in for a relaxation massage and the girl yelled "hey google, play meditation music" .. which okay I suppose, but then there were repeated ADs playing, not great, she also kept..um, how do I say.. She kept passing gas during the entire massage! While I was checking out and paying, the owner was complaining (to me) that the couple before me didnt tip very well and "They got such a good deal on groupon, they should have tipped at least $50 each" COME ON. I gave it another chance, the next massage was just awful, Cassy had no idea what she was doing, or she was just tired and didn't care, waste of money both times. Super unprofessional, glad I forgot about this place!"

"This place continues to amaze me. Our Spa was able to squeeze me in for a fantastic massage with one of their newest employees, Kaitlynn. It was such a wonderful experience as she applied perfect pressure, using expert techniques. The back scrub at the end complimented with hot towels was the icing on the cake. It was so heavenly. Thank you Kaitlynn. Our Spa is such a lovely place with beautiful taste and decor. I can’t wait to return!"
