"OK, this is gonna be a long one . I was feeling a little guilty going somewhere different to get my hair done because I wanted to be loyal to my old stylist, but I had to be real with myself and realized I couldn’t really afford it anymore. From the minute, I picked up the phone yesterday I knew I was gonna have a good appointment. The front desk was so friendly and completely understood how my budget affected my appointment. Especially with how expensive things are these days. I also loved that they have a personal quiz that matches you with a salon stylist. I’m pretty sure you don’t have to worry about any stylist that you get matched with here. I got matched with Morgan and not only was she kind, and knowledgable. I genuinely felt that the rapport was honest and I really enjoyed my time there. (Give that girl a raise ????) Prices are really affordable too! So you don’t need to feel guilty about treating yourself. Thank you! I will be back ❤️❤️❤️"

She under promised and over delivered, it was just a fantastic experience. She has a client for life. "I had face sugaring done by Harpreet today and was very happy with the result and service received. Not only did she prep the skin beforehand, she even did some light threading to grab some stubborn hairs. She was very professional and punctual too. I received good aftercare and a nice little massage of product before we finished. Would recommend booking with Harpreet for your sugaring needs ???? "Hello, I had a booked appointment with Kim, I had requested 4 different services along with my hair cut. I got barely got what I would call a hair cut. I had a photo of what I wanted and I took a long time to explain to her what I was looking for. She did not seem to really understand. I said maybe I should rebook with someone else. She assured me that she understood what I was wanting and that she knew exactly what to do. This was very disappointing experience. Not only was my hair a mess, she never even attempted or mentioned the other services I was expecting as I had booked for. She never walked me out or came up to the cash at all. They were going to charge me for the other services until I had to say I did not receive. They checked with her to confirm the services were not done. So I paid for a hair cut that was not at all what I wanted. It was a horrible experience."

"If I could give this a 1,000 stars I would! I booked a 96 min appointment for my 40th birthday and let me tell you this was the best thing I have ever done. From the moment I walked in it was so relaxing and warm, the receptionist was friendly and showed me to the back room where they go over the package with you, and than gives you a basket for your clothes and hands you a silky robe to put on. The facial is out of this world, the massage is incredible I like firm and she did not once let go on the pressure, the hair washing I could lay there for hours and get that done. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Tran, I think I fell in love with you today I didn’t want to leave."

"It was my first time trying 95 minutes treatment. It covered also arms and legs, feet. All I have to say is WOW. Amazing experience. Quite and relaxing atmosphere which is very important to me. The practitioner Tu was very nice, caring, gave me firmed presser as I requested. The receptionist girl was very professional and friendly. I will be back soon for sure. ???? ????"

"Hands down one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. From start to finish this experience was 100% worth every penny! The warm and gentle reception, the preparation and treatment were out of this world. We did the Rejuvenator package - first let me say do the upgrade - we would have if we had known the regular was going to be so amazing! But we could have stayed here all day long and never have returned to our regular lives! Every bit of the treatment was perfection - the infared light and steam facial being my personal favourite part! The staff were so sweet and kind and after the treatment is done they blow dry, brush and treat your hair too! I even brought my own brush knowing my long, thick, curly hair would present issues - and they were more than happy to accomodate. They welcomed us in with tea and ushered us out slowly with tea and chocolate. Ultimately making this treat the most amazing day with my sister! We 100% will be back, I am thinking of booking the whole spa for the day before my wedding now!"

"INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! A calm and relaxing environment, friendly staff, professional, and clean place. Quiet for the most part. For being a new startup company, they are already doing amazing. I went for the 45 minute treatment and felt so relaxed the entire time. They offer a top robe to change into, towels to keep you warm during treatment, slippers, blow dry your hair at the end while you sip on tea and enjoy chocolates. Definitely worth the price."

"My cousin and I had a lovely time at the head spa. The receptionist was friendly and we started our treatments on time. Everything felt lovely, although you can tell that they are not RMTs in terms of their knowledge of anatomy. Only complaint is that the front desk is feet away from the treatment areas and so you can clearly hear other clients enter, pay and exit the building. We were serve a nice hot green tea and offered some chocolate after the treatment which was a nice touch. It was a very enjoyable experience and we would be happy to go back! Worth it and matches expectations from other photos and reviews."

"This was an incredible experience from start to finish! I was warmly welcomed into a quiet and tranquil environment and taken to the back where the receptionist explained the procedure very well. I was given a private change-room to change into the spa gown and taken right to the treatment area. Tu was my spa therapist and she did a fantastic job. It’s the most relaxing experience. The spa was very quiet, no noise from the front was noticed at all, as in other reviews. It is worth every single cent. At the end Tu gently blow dried and treated my hair. She communicated well in English and there was no barrier at all. I left feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!"

The only thing that my therapist missed during my session was the head massage during my morocon oil treatment, which I was really looking forward to.
