"I am not impressed how this business run. My husband and I go here to have a massage. When I signed up the membership I specifically informed them that I go once a month and my husband go twice a month. I asked if the primary is matter since I don’t go a lot. They said as long one of us book once a month doesn’t matter. Then I noticed that my card was charged around November called them and they refunded then I noticed again that I get charged on February when I send them email and called them that due to my surgery could not come but husband scheduled is twice a month still and his consistent booking it twice a month. They said is okay we will transfer the membership to your husband now credit card has been charged is good this I locked it as I don’t trust this people that they will honor their word. I am not mistaken there is a charge. This very disappointing and ridiculous. I won’t come back again. My husband and I loved the person who’s giving us massage but the company it self is not great."

"This was the worst massage I’ve ever had. She said she’d be massaging for 3 years but I think it was more like 3 days. She mainly used her elbow which caused bruising and very little with hands. I couldn’t wait for it to be over . They have a no scent policy and the room she originally put me in was sprayed with something awful. She did move me to another room when I asked her though. I’ll never go back there. What a waste of money."

"3 visits total for deep tissue massage. First two were reasonable for the price. The third was exceptionally lackluster and felt like a very over priced back rub. It goes without saying that the right massage therapist makes a world of difference."

"One of the most accurate massages in many years. Jason was able to find my knots quickly and work them out slowly to my content. This will be an ongoing for a few months, to lose all the knots, but this is a great thing."

"Total Rip off and bad service. This branch does not honour your membership and staff are not knowledgeable about it. You will end up paying for it. Always starts 5-10 mins late from appointment and finish the massage on time. They do not adjust your massage time. So your 60mins becomes 50. Haha. If i can give them negative star I would. I woull recommend massage addict cityscape. Just stay away from the chestermere branch."

"Sajneet was absolutely wonderful! Best massage I've had in years, and I've tried dozens of massage therapists. I've finally found a go-to place and person. Lovely facilities, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible which is great for me. Direct billing was seamless with our Canada Life benefits. 10/10 highly recommend."

"Had a few massage sessions and it hasn’t been the best but I thought I’d give it one more try. The therapist had no idea what she was doing very pleasant but there’s no way these ladies are trained. I went to use my insurance card to settle payment but for what ever reason they was denying my insurance. So I asked why the girl had no answers for me and insisted on me paying full price and she would give me a receipt but I only had cash on me. I payed $150 then tells me she dosnt have change. At this point I’m getting more stressed ???? than I was going in. She then called her boss who had no idea on how to run a business clearly I then paid them $100 so I could just leave I asked for a receipt so I could claim it on my insurance but then tells me that I didn’t pay in full so I wasn’t able to have a receipt. I will not be returning to this place. Way better establishments to spend your money on."

"I’ve been a client for about 10 + years. The Spa is welcoming, very clean & offers a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is great, always super professional and polite. I always book my sugaring appointments with Diana, she is kind, attentive, very professional, does a really good job and it’s always lovely to chat with her. Whenever my schedule doesn’t align with her availabilities, I will book with a different esthetician and they have all made me feel comfortable and are always professional. You won’t regret booking your beauty services here!"

"Spa Junkie is one of my favorite places to go for eyebrow waxing. The service is always great, everyone is very professional, and I'm never disappointed with how my brows turn out. I can consistently count on great results whenever I go here. I've been to a lot of other beauty salons downtown and i often end up with uneven, over-plucked, or weirdly shaped brows which take a while to grow back. It's definitely worth the price, and I can't wait to try out their other services someday"
