"What an incredible first experience I have to say. Once I found parking and walked to the building, the front entrance was very nicely constructed and easy to see. The address painted in huge numbers on the inside of the cove, so it's hard to miss. The instructions to get in we're clearly labeled on the buzzer and once followed I was let in right away. I've had two treatments with two people here and I have to say that both were great experiences, professional and attended to my pain needs once properly assessed. I left feeling happy and my symptoms relieved after a solid 1 hour massage. I would highly recommend checking out Wendeanna and Liz! Thank you for the great experience."

"I just had a terrible experience with them. I was a patient for over a year and never had any issues. I had an appointment scheduled today, Monday, at 5:30 PM with Isac (with whom I’ve always had my massages, never missing an appointment). However, I woke up not feeling well and took a COVID test, which came back positive. To avoid spreading COVID to the clinic staff, I called to cancel and explained my situation honestly. Despite this, Isac charged me a $25 cancellation fee because I was canceling within 24 hours of the appointment. I’m not upset about the money, but rather the fact that I was penalized for being honest about being sick. They could have handled the situation with more understanding and compassion, especially considering they claim to be a medical center (which is also the reason they said they couldn't delete my personal information when I requested it over the phone). Instead, they chose to enforce the cancellation fee and lose a loyal client who never missed an appointment, was never late, and was upfront about the situation. It’s unfortunate that, even today, some clinics prioritize charging a fee over valuing the honesty and well-being of their patients."

"The massage itself was good. However, if it says 45 minutes, one would expect a 45 minutes massage. The time for questionnaire and signing waivers must not be counted as massage time."
