"I purchased the Spa Pedicure - $62 (90 Min). It is suppose to focus on cuticles, calluses, and hydration for feet. The young lady working on my feet was very polite and professional. We had good conversation during the pedicure. However, I was not impressed by the end of it. Barely any cuticle care was done , I felt like the young lady has skipped out on the massage part, worst of all the polish job looked terrible. She missed the sides of my nails, some of them were streaky, and a couple of them looked smudged even before she helped me put on my flip flops (which she made me close my eyes to do). I’m not a confrontational person and because she seemed so polite I didn’t have the confidence to say anything. What I don’t understand is how she did not see the polish mistakes or offer to fix it? Her face was in my feet the whole time. I feel that if I am going to a spa (over a walk in nail salon) and getting the “luxury pedicure” a neat and tidy polish job should be included. A few weeks before my pedicure I had purchased a gift card for my sister to get her nails done now I’m worried her nails won’t look good and she Will have the same experience as me! The spa is very clean and the employees seemed welcoming and professional."

"As a man, spa services can be intimidating but I was gifted a pedicure so I wanted to use it. What a great experience. Not only did my feet feel amazing but I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back and might even try out some of their other services. Highly recommend!"

"I had the pleasure of experiencing the friendly and professional atmosphere of The Spa while having hair and make-up done for my son's wedding yesterday. We all had hair done by either Gabriela or Tara and Maria did all of our make-up. Everyone was thrilled with how their hair and make-up turned out. Gabriela, Tara and Maria listened to what we all wanted and provided some well accepted ideas of their own. They were so proficient with their services we had extra time to enjoy our lunch before getting ready for photos prior to the ceremony! I definitely recommend The Spa for your wedding, graduation or prom day services. While there, check out the multitude of medical grade skincare services they provide too!"

"Came here for a last lift and lashes look the exact same as what I came in with. Technician had no idea what she was doing and was overall a very uncomfortable experience on my eyes. Don’t waste time coming here for anything lash related. Just to update here the tech got product in my eye which is why it was uncomfortable. Normally you are supposed to tape down bottom lashes so they DO NOT stick to the top. Not sure how this is an unknown practice if you are experienced since you “were 10 years old”. Overall staff was also very rude when I walked in with no help on where to go -probably a group of racist people with trashy service! Not to mention my appointment was pushed back 20 mins and then I still had to wait way past my appointment. Please support local at home lash tech as they probably have a lot more idea of how to handle customers :)"

"Laura did my hair back in April and did a full partial highlight. She literally did the perfect blend of blonde in my hair to match my natural look underneath! I was so soooo excited I had finally found my new hair stylist!!!! 10/10 definitely recommend her if any of you are looking to get more blonde!!!! ????"

"This was my first time visiting Romeo Salon and Spa in Cambridge and I am so happy I did ! I had a full colour, cut and style with Gillian and she did an amazing job!! She listened to exactly what I liked and wanted and even gave great advice too. The service at the salon was great. You're greeted at the front desk and asked if you would like a beverage. During the cut a hand massage was offered as well. I am so happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be booking another appointment with Gillian ! Thank you again so so much :)"

"I have been going here for over 20 years I have never had a bad hair day thanks to them. The stylists are all great. I will say they are reasonably priced compared to other places based on your price range. Coffee, water and hand massages are always a thing when you get your hair done. Now I take my daughter to them."
