"My thirteen year old daughter, on a whim, walked into this salon with some friends and had her waist length hair cut short. I was surprised and highly disappointed that this salon did not think that she was a bit young to make such a drastic decision with her hair. I would have thought that they would have wanted to have seen a parent with her before proceeding with such drastic, total appearance changing haircut. Her family is so very disappointed with her haircut!! Her beautiful, long curly hair is gone. She is full of regret for what she has done as well, and wishes she had not cut off so much."

"The girl who waxed my eyebrows was super nice, but the whole appointment felt rushed and my eyebrows do not look shaped or even for that matter. There was no point to even asking for this to be fixed as I think too much of my eyebrow was removed. I am extremely unhappy. The last experience I had was much more pleasant, the girl took her time and mapped out the shape prior to waxing. Really don’t love the inconsistency in services."

"I got my daughter's ears originally pierced elsewhere and unfortunately one fell out and healed over early on. I was very pleased that Caryl Baker Visage was able to assist with repiercing when the other place would not help. The service at CBV is top notch. The reason for offering only 3 stars is because of their jewelry. My daughter had no issue with the original earrings provided by the other store. After wearing the new earrings her ears would bleed every other week (this went on for 3 months). I thought she was being clumsy but came to learn CBV earrings have plated backs and she was having a reaction. I was not informed of this until I came back to the studio months later to figure out a solution. It has been 3 days since switching the backs and it is night and day. Her piercings look great. I'm happy I solved this and wanted to share my story in case it helps someone else experiencing something similar. Very disappointed in CBV jewelry since the earrings were over $100 and the new hypoallergenic backings from shoppers cost $10 for 10+ backings. Thank you for your professionalism and service. Consider alternate jewelry for those with metal sensitivities."

"I’ve been here once before and the service was great and the workers were so kind, although when I came in today they seemed very busy but I just wanted to get A consultation then maybe get my eyebrows waxed, I didn’t have have an appointment so I was fully prepared to be turned away, but surprisingly they said that I could come back in 10-15 minutes and they could do my brows , I came back 10-15 minutes later and then was told by the same person to come back in 10-5 minutes until her coworker was done doing someone else’s eyebrows and then she could do mine. I said ok I came back 10-5 minutes later and get told AGAIN to come back in 10-15 minutes (not once was I asked if I wanted to make an appointment or if I could just take a seat in the store). I come back 10-15 minutes later when another women walks in-front of me and speaks to the worker who I was waiting for, they tell her they have room for her and for her to sit down, I’m then standing there just in shock honestly, then she asked how she could help me I said they told me to come back in 10 mins to get my brows done, but get told that the mall is closing soon and that they would be cutting it short if she did my brows as well. Because guess what the mall was about to close. So I just said I was going home. that was ridiculous….like actually."
